Made from scratch food. Very friendly servers. Stopped in for lunch and discovered this is the oldest bldg in the town. This owner had take over from previous one and the server I had drove 45 min to work as she liked working for the new owner. I gather hes doing well at growing his own reputation as my lunch was wonderful. I got the salad plate with the 3 different salads. All were delish. I took a photo as you can see. Its a lovely diner in a lovely spot on the corner. I gather breakfasts are very good and will try on my next visit.

The diner was understaffed and only one of three waitresses seemed like they were working. It took 10 minutes to get beverages and a half hour before we were able to place our food order. The waitress was apologetic. When the food arrived, the burger patty on my cheeseburger benedict was burnt. I couldnt even cut through it. Our waitress was apologetic. Maybe we went on an "off" day, but everything was just subpar.

Excellent little place to have breakfast. Visited a couple of times since moving to Groveland last Spring and havent been disappointed. Has friendly staff and a nice old timey feel to the place. My last visit I had their special, country benny, eggs benedict with sausage and country gravy on a biscuit and it was awesome. Hope they add it to the regular menu.

Love the place. The food is freshly cooked and nicely presented. For a convenient spot in the middle of Groveland, its very good food in a really cool (kitschy?) setting. Diner style with awesome breakfast, though i must confess ive never been there for lunch.

I always have a great experience at this diner. The new owner who is also the chef is always present and concerned about your happinesa. The waitstaff is friendly, and the food is excellent for breakfast or lunch.

The service is impeccable, the staff are friendly and genuine, but the food is the real reason to visit, absolutely delicious and set at a fair price. My wife and I are regular weekend visitors.

This morning I ordered buttermilk pan cakes....had to use a knife to cut them...it wasnt crowded so what was the problem!!!!!!

Chaff uses microwave, and their so called home made corn beef is canned. Disappointing.
