As my Jewish bagel enthusiast professor would say, this place has good bagels but not the great bagels. Yet its probably the best in the area. Everything about this place says local business. Its small, dingy with pretty good food and there will likely be people that you can tell are regulars every time you visit.

I got duped! My sandwich was supposed to be on a BIG english muffin, which is why I was thought it was worth the high $4 price tag. But i got a normal sized english muffin instead. I feel short-changed and will not be going back. Three stars are only because their iced coffee is tasty.

Wide variety of homemade muffins as well as both hot and iced coffee. Their fresh from the grill egg sandwiches and blts do dances around the microwaved offerrings of the franchised donut shops. Great, personal, friendly staff

Tiny mom and pop cafe. Sweet older ladies run the counter. Little to no sitting room. Decent portions at cheap rates - HUGE muffins. Not the best food but for a cheap, quick bite, eggs and turkey sausage are hard to mess up.

Great, fresh coffee and breakfast food. The restaurant has a very homey feel, and that starts with the staff, who always serve accurate orders with a smile. They dont take cards, though, so come prepared with cash.

Excellent breakfast sandwich! Bagel sandwich with butter, eggs, cheese, turkey sausage is a whole meal and delicious! My DH loves them enough for me to drive across the city. Great local business to support!

Muffins are very dense, not my preference when getting one. They have a lot of flavors which is nice. Very busy usually but they handle it well. Egg sandwiches are good, made with real eggs.
