Wanted quick food after a concert, waited ten minutes for someone to take a drink order, and then he immediately asked for our food order. He didnt even know what sourdough toast was and thought we said salad-dough. He brought us half our food with wrong pancakes and white toast. We explained our order again and waited 25 minutes for the rest of our food while we finished the food we already got. Im typing this as we wait for our pancakes. Please do not come here if you want a quick, decent meal. Update: after 30 minutes we received our pancakes. Which were burnt and dry. The table next to us didnt get their drinks and half their food. If you come here anytime during night shift I suggest going elsewhere.

Came in for some breakfast action with the woman, they have one person hosting, taking orders, and serving the food, this is hands down some of the worst service I have ever had in my damn life. The table was dirty, the seats had food on it, waited for damn near 30 mins for my omelette and drinks, and my woman had to wait an additional 10 for her egg white omelette, will not be coming back to this joint. Avoid this IHOP at all cost.

My experience here was by far sub par. We were seated and given drinks pretty quickly. They ran out of milk so no coffee for my gf. Wanted banana strawberry pancakes, no bananas. Waited 18 minutes to be asked if we were ready to order and our original waitress just upped and disappeared. My gf order was messed up asked to have Bill fixed and it wasnt. Overall, I wouldnt bother. The food doesnt justify the abysmal service.

Went with my colleagues and it was terrible service only one person working, I waited so long to get checked in, get my food, get my drinks, tell waiting 10 minutes just to get drinks, and we sat next to the kitchen, my friend ordered water and his was the last one to get to him, i disliked it never going there again, and my friends pancakes were also bad tasted like dough, not going to this ihop

Only reason Im giving two stars is very simple. IHOP is a family restaurant right? So why do they not have a changing table for infints in the male restroom. I went to to eat with just my toddler daughter and I could not change her due to the male restroom not having a changing table. This is very unacceptable .

I was looking forward for the visit as its been a while since the last time I stepped into an Ihop! Unfortunately my disappointment was major, food was stale, the place tad dirty and disorganized, and the whole vibe was flat. As this is not how I remember Ihop, my advice would be to look for another location.

Dont order the salad! I and my friend ordered two salads, but there were no tomato that are supposed to be in salads. For this part, I can stand. However, when we started eating, we realized that there were tiny insects at the bottom of the plates in both of our salads. It is so gross. DONT EAT AND DONT ORDER

Its IHOP. The food is decent and the service is bah. But what I do not like about this location is they close the door when ever. Today on a Saturday was 2 am when it should be 4am. I went one night and they locked the door at midnight another time at 3am. I wonder how they stay in business.

Horrible service. Was left waiting for a very long time . Looked like they left and didnt close the store. Staff did not apologize for the long wait, took forever for the food to come out. Very sad, I loved this place. Terrible staff . Never coming back to this location .

Only good thing i will say about this place, on a sunday at 1045 in the morning there was not wait. Now the service on the other hand, what a joke! 30 min wait for my semi warm food!? Yup thats what i got, now i could write more while i eat but my food will go cold!

Went in around 12AM on a friday night, even though the place was not busy we received horrible service because the waiter was not very attentive. Also ordered chicken and waffles and the waffles werent burnt to a crisp. Stay away

The service wasnt great, the milk was old. Food wasnt all the good. Some foods had mold, others wasnt cooked well. I recommend to not eat here. If you want to eat at an IHOP, the best place to eat is in Revere, Massachusetts.

Service at this location has repeatedly been pretty bad. Incorrect food, slow service, waiting eternities to get the check, and another eternity for it to be picked up and processed. The food has always been good though.

I LOVE IHOP! Its my favorite place ever - quick service, unlimited coffee, great pancakes and amazing waffles. I cant complain. This branch also has pretty good hours so its definitely one of my favorite branches.

We go first thing in the morning, usually 7:30-8:30, and have always found the waitstaff very personable, fast, and efficient. Morning breakfasts at IHOP with my 2 and 5 year old are a big treat for our family.

I think the only IHOP left in the city....been going there for over 20 years....staff quality and attention too detail worse its been in years but I cope with it because its IHOP....

Waited 15 minutes to get out order taken with only one other table their. Then they messed up our food and isnt change it on the bill. Bathroom was not so nice. Will not go back.

Says open till 4 Am. 3:23 They lock the door and shut the open sign down. Been working all night and have an hour drive home. Would of loved some decent food. Very rude
