I actually really LOVE this place. The only reason Im giving 3 stars is because the night front counter crew has started making too many careless mistakes, like they dont seem to care anymore. The chef is ALWAYS on point and great however, very fast... But then my order might sit in the window too long and get cold. This has happened twice (buts its unusual because most of the time they bring my food right out). I order Acai Bowls every time I eat there, however, the past 4 times Ive ordered one, the bowls have chunks of ice in them... They used to always be smooth in texture, but now theyre like an ice slush, and they melt within minutes into liquid. :( Thats disappointing. This never happens when I visit in the daytime, everything is PERFECT with the day staff. Just last night I went in for an Acai bowl, and 2 English muffins. The girl at the register was nice and theyre all nice people. But my bowl had hardly any honey or sweetness to it, so I asked for extra honey and the girl poured globs and globs of honey on there, at first I smiled, but when I saw how much she kept dumping into one spot I grew disappointed and almost felt it was rude. My 1st muffin came to my table cold, but the 2nd was hot. My husband ordered an Acerola shake that was unsweetened and bitter, it Tasted disgusting, thats never happened before. I wanted to say something to them because Oasis ALWAYS corrects their mistakes if you communicate with them, but last night the counter staff didnt seem to care they were at work. The tables that were unoccupied were dirty, and they werent busy so instead of cleaning the place, they were doing closing side work... No one offered to clean a table for us, thats a first too. The day shift ALWAYS CLEANS. This was before 9pm mind you. It was a bad experience. They usually say bye when you leave, but last night they didnt even notice. I was surprised. Unfortunately a few weeks ago, still in January mind you, we made a phone delivery order with them (it was freezing out) and they got it almost completely wrong. It seemed to be a language barrier, which was a first too. The girl who took my order tried very hard to understand me, she was even asking for help (I could hear her) and whoever was around her didnt really help. I should point out that the bakery crew doesnt take orders, you have to call the Steakhouse crew to place orders even for the bakery. To make the story shorter, the order AND the cost the delivery driver gave was wrong, wrong enough to motivate me to drive there and have it corrected. I think the girl who helped me when I arrived was named Patricia, she was so helpful!! She fixed my order and gave me some of my money back (she wanted to issue a full credit but could not because the girls had used the wrong phone number to enter my order), she also confirmed that they added a $5 delivery charge (which theyve NEVER done because we only live 7 minutes away). My order was $17, she refunded the $5 plus the extra $2 that the delivery driver (mistakenly I hope?) added on to the order. My order went from $17 to $24 in a span of 30 minutes. Lol. But I got $10 back. Again, I still go here because the good usually outweighs the bad, but with consecutive mistake after mistake with the night crew, I have to say something. The day experience is FLAWLESS, and I dont think I can go back at night anymore no matter how badly I crave their food. This used to be a date thing for my hubby and me, but I think were going to do daytime dates from now on.

Encomendei um bolo de aniversário, foi anotado sabor e detalhes do bolo. Quando busquei o bolo, totalmente ao contrário do pedido. E pior, veio com coisas que eu havia avisado que NÃO QUERIA. Pessima experiencia e nunca mais volto nesse lugar. NÃO RECOMENDO!!!

This place is pretty okay. Decent spot if youre desperate for breakfast, but the iced coffee tastes weird and they dont have bagels. Cant comment on the lunch options as I didnt try them but they liked promising

The staff at the bakery are usually very friendly. The menu is so-so but the bakery and Brazillian foods are awesome. If youre not sure what to try, give a coxinha or an acai bowl a shot.
