We waited at our table over 15 minutes before I had to get up and tell someone we werent acknowledged. Then as our waiter was leaving ,after dropping off only half our meal and goofing around with the manager another waitress came and left our check without even having our whole meal. I am a server and I have never not left a tip anywhere I was still going to till she came over while I was straighting up and rudely said have a nice day. By far the worst service/ experience I have ever had in any establishment... Also nasty flies flying around the whole time.

The waiter and manager last night (June 16, 2017) were so friendly and helpful when several groups of our North Andover students came in late for a fundraiser. The waiter (dont know his name, he was tall with dark hair, beard and glasses) was waiting tables by himself with crowds of people, but he was so polite and prompt. When the kids needed to split the check, the manager took the time to assist even though she was very busy. We left as much tip as we could, but wish we had more cash on us or we wouldve left more for exceptional service.

Went for breakfast this morning. Had to wait for seating 20 minutes. Acceptable. Waiter good.very happy with. Host an Hostess very rude. People come in after us gets seating.wrong! While we are eating the two of them were constantly watching an stared as if to say hurry up people we need your seats.sorry to the waiter because of there actions got no tip.never go back there again.

Food was good , service was good , I was just annoyed by the fact that some idiot thought it wasnt rude to vacuum while we eat . Vacuum was so loud , she vacuumed right in front of my table like it was time to go or something. It was 1:30pm and they closed at 10pm. Will never go back , your an ******* for that. Thanks

The food here is usually great, and the staff are pretty friendly. However, be prepared for a 30 min wait on the weekends (I highly recommend calling ahead). Also, the clientele can get rather obnoxiously loud during peak times. Going on weeknights is usually a nice quiet, pleasant experience.

The service was terribly slow despite place not being busy. Long wait before seated, before first approach, before food is served and for the check to come. The manger was in store at the moment, he just sat there, ate his food and talked on the phone as if he doesnt work there. Food was OK.

Horrible cant believe the owner . While I waited 20+ minutes for food . He was sitting people at dirty tables . Cleaning them while they got there and then sitting a party 9 at a table for six people come on get it together. Please stop treating your waitresses like complete filth they try

The food taste good. And the service was ok, except that I ask for no cream or butter on two order out of four, that is just minor other than that WOW. Things to consider take calls for 30 minutes ahead for reservation for large tables for family of 6 plus

Server was polite but as far as their healthy choice items not so good offer very nice salad choices but when I asked for lite dressings they said that they only had one type of lite which was Italian and very oily so ended up canceling my order.

This is my favorite brunch place. Inspight of being super crowded on a typical sunday, they offered a very good service . I tried a red velvet flavored specialty french toast n it was yummy.
