Party of four went in tonight, we had a 30 minute wait for a table, little did we know that would be the least of our worries. We ordered a cheesy bread appetizer, when it came out the center half was not fully cooked. The manager came over and explained they were having trouble getting the cook time and recipe right. After getting the inedible, doughy mess compd we waited nearly an hour for our entrees to make their way to the table. During this time several of our party had to inquire about delay on drinks. They were apparently missing an ingredient but never conveyed to the group. Finally about an hour after being seated our 4 pasta dishes finally arrived. Delighted to finally eat, something, anything, we dug in. To much disappointment, the food was bland, and there seemed to be changes to the sauce. All in all the experience was quite a let down. The positive of it all, two of waitstaff were quite apologetic, and offered to do all they could to correct the problems. This is a favorite spot of ours, but it may be a while before we tempt again.

Horrible pizza- ordered four large pizzas over the phone- came in for pick up, given smalls and told they dont have large-- after I ordered them and drove over! the small cheese pizzas were pathetic- about 1/4 inch thick and motley looking cheese- and they charged over $8.00 for them- and the deep dish pepperoni were small and extremely poor value and taste. A typical frozen pizza at the supermarket would have provided more flavor, value and satisfaction at a third of the price. Very disappointing- it is like this restaurant is chopping the product to stay alive, but will end up killing themselves off because once burned, customers will NEVER come back... and I will do all I can to make sure nobody gets ripped off by this place, or any of the other Unos that exist.

-There were food particles and dish cleaner residue on most of our silverware, and some of our plates. -Someone in my party found a piece of cheese stuck to the inside of their water glass. The shift supervisor did not apologize for this at all. -The womens restroom had toilet paper all over the floor, and the floor was muddy with footprints. In the mens bathroom, there was urine and toilet paper on the floor. This could be expected in a gas station restroom, but not a place where people prepare and serve food. If they have such low cleanliness standards at that restaurant, I wonder what the kitchen looks like. Overall the experience was extremely dissatisfying and downright disgusting. I would never recommend going to the restaurant to anyone.

We went to Uno at 6 PM on a Sunday on our way up north. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. The food took a bit of time but thats to be expected at dinner time. The manager brought out our food and introduced herself as Sarah but forgot that we had asked for a few condiments. We werent angry about it, we just asked our waitress for it when she came by a minute later. These things happen, no big deal, but Sarah insisted on making it up to us by comping our dessert without us even asking for it. Great experience, Id recommend this Uno.

They have a distracting device that charges kids $1.00 to play games. The waitress asked if I wanted a salad after I ordered, and didnt tell me it cost extra until I said yes. The menu was better than I remember. Everything was clean, but we were given a napkin that had been written on before we got it! The manager delivered a gluten free pizza to my wife then began advertising the most expensive pasta dish they sell! The waitress was friendly. Ill never go again!

greeted and given a table sat for fifteen minutes while manager apologized to patrons about poor service and two waitresses walked by and went to the door greeter and I waited here the last time with no service walked out .this time I walked out was asked how the meal was I told greeter we did not eat. this place is pathetic second time between 2and 4 trying to eat here to many hassles. outside cigarettes and dog poop all over ground at door entrance.

Didnt have meat to cook today so called for delivery from UNO. Got Baked Haddock with roasted veggies and brown rice, side salad, grilled chicken and bread sticks. Not cheap but I didnt expect it to be. It was delivered within an hour right to my door, the food was hot and it was delicious. The person taking my order over the phone was pleasant and helpful and the delivery person was spot on and courteous. More than satisfied.

One waitress in busy bar yesterday afternoon ignored us. When we tried to get her attention she rolled her eyes at her barstool buddies. She came over finaly in a pretense of purposeful bustle. Asked how everything was. I said terrible. You are ignoring us, to which she replied "How?" (There arent a lot of different ways you can be ignored.) Get a grownup in there managing. Also, bar drink special was maybe 1/2 ounce.

This place doesnt even deserve ONE STAR. THE WORST SERVICE IN CONCORD NH! We were seated and 15 minutes later after not being acknowledged AT ALL despite there being at least 15 employees walking around doing nothing, and barely any customers in restaurant, we walked out. We will never go again! My husband told hostess why on way out and just got an oh well, sorry!

We took my two nephews (6 & 5) after really needing some time together to unwind. The service was great and Rebecca, showed an amazing amount of patience for two excited but indecisive little boys. Food turned out great and the kids loved making their own pizzas and ice cream sundaes. Was easily one of the best nights weve had and will definitely be coming back.

We love Unos! We come here at least once a week for dinner. They are very accommodating to large parties, we have called a few hours before with a party of 25 and they set up tables for us no problem! It is also family friendly and the food is great! Sign up for their email program and there is a coupon almost every week!

Waitress named Rebaca tried to screw us over taking two dollars out off our bill and when asked she didnt say she was sorry or anything just placed the money out of her pocket and left, however we still tipped no matter what and on the way out the three girls by the door ignored us when we left and didnt say bye back

Our favorite place to eat! We have two toddlers and by far this is the most kid friendly restaurant ever! Kids make their own pizza and the have table games to keep the kids busy. Wait staff is always friendly and go above and beyond!! We love the Concord location!!!

The Unos in Concord isnt the best, or the worst. They had a nice machine at the tables which let you order from your table and keep you entertained while you wait. But it does get a bit cramped in there sometimes, and the food isnt stellar, but it was nice.
