First let me say that I rarely go to chain restaurants because I feel like they are super cookie cutter and kind of drab. We stopped at this Outback mid afternoon for a late lunch/early dinner. From the moment we walked in the door, the staff was so nice. Im talking sincerely chatting with us and obviously into their jobs. We sat at the bar, got drinks and ordered food. Drinks got to us fast. When food came out, the server was so nice and even brought extra balsamic glaze for my salad just because he loved it and thought I would too. He was right! The specialty cheeseburger was delicious. Tasty and cooked perfectly. We ate at the bar and appreciated the bar "saddle" the bartender put on the edge of the bar to make it easier to eat. Bartenders were super attentive and overall it was a great experience!! Wish I had gotten names of the staff to give them a shout out. Highly recommend coming here.

I went to outback with my girlfriend and her family, we had a party of 6. It took maybe 5 minutes before the hostess came to help us and when we finally sat down no one came to take our drink order in the 20 minutes we were sitting there. A couple with their 2 children came in after us and had their food before any waiter talked to us. We decided to get up and leave and there were two hosts at the front that just told us to "have a nice night" like as if they didnt care we just sat down and got up and left. Not to mention the restaurant was almost completely empty at the time. The food is probably great, but the service sucks.

Updated review My original rating for this outback was a 2/5 stars because of some issues i was having with their food quality. That problem has since been fixed so this review is now back to what it deserves to be. The customer care from the employees here is amazing, i frequently order takeout on the weekends and the female server has actually remembered my order by name now which is amazing. The size portions seem to have been improved recently as well, while being expensive i feel the amount of my food now actually matches the price I pay. Im going to continue to frequent this outback for the foreseeable future

One of the better chain establishments, in my opinion. A big step up from an Applebees or a Chilis. Good food, decent prices, local sports on a fair amount of TVs around the bar. Service is good, although I once had a server there who was a little loud and abrupt, but I think that was just his demeanor, not rude or anything. Wife and I actually had a good chuckle about it. Theyre right down the street from me so its one of our go-to spots when we just want something quick.

Good steak and coconut shrimp. Had Brian serving me and his service was second to none. He gave me helpful suggestions on how the chef cooks the steaks and the seasonings so that I could balance it right for my preference. My only comment would be the steak was about a grade under my request but not to the point to bother sending it back. All the wait staff were very attentive and personable and they had my preferred Belgian beer of choice on draught.

The service was slow at best, and borderline apathetic at worst. The waitress spent more time trying to upsell our group than actually figure out what we needed. Like some other reviewers here, no silverware until we asked the third time. The food is very overpriced, and Ive honestly had better for my money at Longhorn. If you want good steak, go there--not here.

Had a great experience here, service was amazing thanks to Brittany, they also helped with my vegetarian preference (steakhouse quesadilla filled with veggies) and it was absolutely amazing!! Hubby had the salmon that "tasted like steak!!" Seasoning and cooking was spot on!! Apps were also delicious had the Mac & cheese bites and of course the bloomin onion!

Interesting experience... I walk in sit at the bar normal average service... one of the waitress comes flying up to me and thinks im someone else and realized 5 minutes into the conversation i was not at all who she thought i was... It was a laugh for sure... awkward the rest of the night for her and me... Decent food enjoyed the cheese fries.

We got a take out order on a busy night there was a little confusion on extras a and I bought it to the attention of a manager by that name of Charles he was such a profession about the whole matter and he went out of his way with comps. Food was great and Charles handling of the matter was great.thank out outback

Lately there are more little things happening at each visit that make it a bad dinner. No silverware when we sit down, dirty tables and seats, wrong dinners sent to our table, no drinks for the kids, overcooked dinners etc. It just so happens all of those and a few more happened just recently on one visit.

Wow wow W O W. Kristen was attentive and kind. She suggested the perfect drink to compliment my meal! Her knowledge of the food and drink menus was extensive. My table was clean and the rolls were warm. This is the kind of service that will keep me coming back. Kudos to a job well done Kristen!!!

I ordered the Filet Mignon and lobster tail. It was one of the top three best tasting meals I have ever eaten! The wait staff was very friendly, and everything was fantastic. If youre looking for great food and a great atmosphere, Outback is the place to go.

Great food, fantastic service! Our waiter was a man named JB and he was awesome! He was extremely accommodating, great with the kids and made the entire family feel at home. We will absolutely return and ask to sit in his section again!

We had an initial server and a kitchen error with our orders, but the timely manager and polite waitress corrected the issues. When all was said and done, the food was hot and delicious, and our lunch took no more than 45 minutes

Excellent waiter, so patient and helpful. Got a dirty plate for apps, was served a soda in a dirty glass. Waiter was apologetic and brought a new soda immediately, unfortunately this glass was also dirty. Food was decent.

Great steak but try to bring your passport if you are visiting because otherwise you will not be able to drink any alcohol. They rejected driver licenses, although police and rentals services had no issues accepting them
