Glad I had a gift card....First I want to say Iam giving a honest 100% correct and accurate review. I ordered the Philly cheese steak rolls $13 for 3 of them they are pretty small, very tasty but definitely not worth $13 for 3 of them, I also ordered the maxx burger $16 again very tasty yes but five guys next store serves up a better burger for half the price. Also my fiance ordered lobster pasta the full sized portion 4 ounces of lobster at the most I eat lobster twice a month 2 pounds in one sitting and this portion size was literally 4 oz of lobster meat and 10 ounces of pasta $25. Basically for every dollar you spend here 75 cents went to decorating the place. Also to further explain they spent a decent amount of money not a lot but a decent like 100k to decorate and furnish the place and you pay for that while you shovel overly priced food into your mouth. Salad the cheapest thing on earth $15 their cost $2, if you like being ripped off stop on by, they claim upscale casual its casual food at upscale prices if you want a real meal go to del friscos down the street same price range better food.

Im in from out of town and selected this restaurant from the on-line reviews. We visited during lunch, it wasnt overly busy, but waited for over 30+ minutes for the food. The manager did come to our table and mentioned they burned one of our dishes and were remaking it, thus the delay. I appreciate them owing up to the mistake and trying to get the order right. So maybe they just had a bad day, mistakes happen. I would say we did converted the order to take out and were quickly accommodated. Aside from the hiccup in service, the food was really good and I could understand the high remarks for this place. I would go back and give them another try (and recommend you try them if you are reading this review). Why 3 stars, it would be unfair to others places to rate higher, I almost would prefer not to rate at all and give a 2nd chance. Im only looking at a single experience and would normally rate it lower if I saw this issue consistently. If someone else experiences the same issues as I did, I would expect them to rate it lower. Not a peasurable experience. Waited 10 minutes once seated for assistance. Charged me for a large salad when I ordered a small salad. My burger was rare (I requested medium) and uneatable. Was given a small dish of ketchup with a drop of ketchup in it. Waited 15 to pay/process bill. When speaking to manager, he was very professional and was genuinely concerned about my experience. Manager stated that they are short on help and refunded my money.

Had dinner here with a party of six; all of whom like different types of cuisine. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Parking lot is big, and its an easy walk to the restaurant. Bathrooms were clean. My only complaint is that the kitchen is open to the main area of the restaurant, making it very loud, and some people in our party had difficulty hearing. Overall a good dining experience.

Burtons Grill of Burlington is my favorite American food restaurant in town. They have great steaks, burgers, salads, and fish dishes. I have never seen a restaurant to cater to so many different dietary needs also. Whether you on the Paleo diet, a Vegetarian, or have a Gluten allergy, theyve got you covered. They also have a nice bar area for appetizers and drinks. Highly recommend!

Love this place. It was a pleasant surprise to find somewhere with great service and freat food. They offered and asked about food allergies and remained aware of it the whole time. They made good food and drink recommendations. I ate the salmon tacos and loved them-flavor was great. Good team and glad we ate here. Will be back again.

If you like 1970s disco music, the decor is just right. The food is served piping hot, the presentation is good, but the food is missing flavor and the price is too high. Burtons provides a very nice olive oil/pesto dip and fresh bread. My advice is to pour the olive oil pesto into your entree to make it taste better.

Very good with kids allergies! Service is a touch iffy depending on your server and the adult menu prices can be high. Food is generally very good though and with the allergy thing it makes for a good night out with the family. The kids Choice menu is a great innovation I wish all restaurants would start using!

Gluten-free paradise! The most GF-aware mainstream restaurant I have ever been to. GF menu, GF bread and each GF meal is served by a mgr to ensure safety! Steaks are to die for and everything else is perfect, too. Two visits so far and we will visit each time we get to the area.

Very tasty dishes prepared perfectly. Price is on par with the food, about 40$ a plate, with wine and dessert still under 100 for 2. Service and meal was impeccable. Nice place to take a date, or in my case, a daughter on fathers day.

Good mix of american style food (steak, seafood, pasta) with a more of an upscale note to it, especially compared to some of the other places in the plaza. Quick and nice for a lunch meeting with work, bit expensive for dinner.
