I am only giving it a one star because I cant give it zero. The food tastes good but every other time I order my food is incorrect. The last order that got messed up they agreed to credit me and provide a free general tsos tofu if I would come to pick it up. I placed the order and came to pick it up and they even had the note of why I was receiving a complimentary order and then they changed their minds and said they would only give me 10-20% off. I explained to them that I did what they asked and it wasnt my fault my order was consistently incorrect or that they kept on billing me for food and then running out of ingredients and calling me back to cancel my order. They said too bad, they changed their mind and refused to give me the order right in front of me and instead threw it out as I watched. This is just terrible customer service. I could overlook the incorrect orders, I could overlook the incorrect charges to my account and them consistently running out of ingredients and canceling my order last minute but to not honor what they agreed to and throw my food out in front of my face after I drove all the way there to get it...is just uncalled for. I have been a loyal customer for over a year and I am finding a new place. Disappointing.

After moving to the area from Aquidneck Island, my wife and I sampled the various Chinese restaurants. We found that Dragon Dragon had the best tasting food, and the best prices around. That would have been enough to keep our regular business (we average about one order every week) but the employees there always go above and beyond. While we have ordered dozens of times, I can only remember one order that was incorrect, and it was a relatively minor detail: we were missing a container or white rice. We called the restaurant and it was delivered in less than five minutes. Deliveries are always surprisingly fast, and they are always willing to make reasonable substitutions (for example, I get boneless ribs in the Pu Pu Platter). They are excellent at remembering regular customers as well. I ususally get white rice instead of fried with my combination plates, but one night I didnt feel like having the healthier option. When I didnt specify, the woman taking my order checked to make sure I didnt want to switch like I usually do. Its little things like that that make this Chinese restaurant the best in the area, and the only one that always gets our business!

Best Chinese food for delivery. We have lived near the airport for over 10 years and have tried every other delivery in the area and when we found Dragon Dragon we were excited that we finally found a Chinese food delivery that no matter what we ordered we actually liked it. And they are open later than the rest, even better!

Stay away from these idiots if you have food allergies. I had to ask three times if they have a menu for people with allergies and all i got for an answer was "uhhhhhhhhhhh.... Hold on" and then they transferred me to another person who didnt know what i was talking about. Awesome.

Dragon Dragons service is good and bad. The food tastes good but some of their servers give attitude which is not exceptable if you are going to paying them.
