This is the worst “supposed” Thai/Chinese restaurant I have ever been to. Start with the seating. I am a very tall person and the 2 other people in my party were not small people. They sat us in a small booth even though there were larger booths available. I asked to be moved to a larger booth but the hostess said the large booth was reserved for a party of 4 or more so she moved us to a table that was the same size as the booth. I let it slide even though it was uncomfortable. The server, Joy, came over. She was anything but joyful. Could hardly speak English so there was a severe lack of communication. She did not even know what a chick breast was! I ordered sushi. Big mistake. The seaweed in the sushi roll was chewy. Never had sushi that was this disgusting. I ate about ½ of the order and had to spit of the chewy seaweed. The ignorant owner actually wanted to charge me for ½ of the order even though I showed him the chewy seaweed that I had to spit out. I ordered Hunan chicken as my meal. I took one bite and the chicken and vegetable tasted old and stale. One person in my party ordered Thai style chicken wings as his meal and same thing, wings tasted stale and old. After I pointed out to the ignorant owner about my Hunan chicken, he actually got an old stinky garbage pail, brought it over to the table, put the garbage pail at the end of the table and dumped my dinner into it. Very sanitary. The ignorant owner raised his voice and tried to start a fight with me!! I have never experience such poor ownership in my life or such poor service. I did not know how this disgusting restaurant is still in business. Also, do not know why the health department never shut it down. Really deplorable establishment.

Lemongrass has great Americanized Chinese food. The owner moved the restaurant from Johnston following a fire and initially a lot of the customer base followed, and still appear. However, theyve gained enough of a reputation that the restaurant has grown to take over the entire building theyre in now, at least doubling in size. They were one of the first places locally to offer a variety of items from other Asian cuisines including Vietnamese, Thai, Cambodian, and Japanese and do an adequate job with each. One of the main reasons we keep coming back is they know their menu, and ingredients, so well that my wife can safely eat here despite her allergy to sesame. (This has been an issue at other places.) I personally love spicy food, and unfortunately due to the amount of sweetness of the style of food they make, I rarely find anything spicy enough for me. The Chicken Thom Yam soup is an exception, and some of the Chefs Specials occasionally pack some bite. We really like the Chicken Pad Thai, Cantonese Noodles with Beef, Crispy Walnut Shrimp, Nime Chow, and a variety of the chicken wings. While not the most authentic Asian cuisine you can find, its consistent, always hot and fresh, tastes great, and the entire staff including the owner are super friendly.

BEST ASIAN RESTAURANT EVER!!!! Been coming here since 2003, (recommendation from a past coworker/friend at the place I was working at up the road from here) and have been continuing to come here ever since! And everyone I recommend to come here ends up loving it too! Its awesome! Great sushi, (cooked and raw are both equally amazing), great Asian food (most cultures and cuisines are represented), great everything! Everything comes out hot and fresh and is amazing! And the people who work there are always beyond friendly! I love their signature lemongrass chicken dish or their lemongrass chicken wings with peanuts! But honestly most every dish is amazing! Lovely ambiance, since they have renovated to handle the bigger and bigger crowds coming it is looking even more elegant! So good! To the people who have reported negatively about this place do not listen. I have never heard of anyone who knows great oriental food who dislikes this place. Even my father loves this place and he hardly ever eats out because he is fussy. Outstanding cult favorite. My favorite restaurant!

I wanted to like this place, but the dishes lack flavor to an unforgivable degree. Between 2 visits we had the Seafood Delight, spicy salmon sushi, veggie tempura, Miso soup, Pad Thai, Beef Vietnamese soup, and Spicy Beef Basil. Entrees dont come with noodles or rice, and there are no sides of noodles. The Seafood Delight, the Vietnamese soup and the Spicy Beef Basil lacked any flavor. Quality ingredients sure, but all texture. Heat & Spice was lackluster. I felt so completely unsatisfied I didnt even finish my entrées. Pad Thai was alright, nothing to write home about. Sushi was great, as was the Miso soup. Veggie tempura was ok, the dipping sauce was weak. Service was 50/50. First visit our waitress couldnt be bothered to give a crap. She barely came around and was aloof. The second visit our waiter was totally awesome, amicable and always checking in. All in all... Im sure SOME dishes are good, but Id steer clear if you know good Asian cooking. Too much trial and error to find something tasty here, so unless you know whats good, its a lottery. Oh well.

Lemongrass is one of the number one top rated Chinese restaurants and Warwick I thought it was in Cranston but I guess its borderline. It is the best Chinese food I have ever tasted they have sushi there they have an open bar there they have just about everything that you can think of everything is made fresh to order you will never ever get anything that was left over from the night or the day before everything is made like I said fresh to order. Its a must go and try. They are such an excellent restaurant that they had to buy out the restaurant next to them to expand. Because of the demand of people that came to the restaurant on a daily basis not just on the weekends. So please stop by call the lemongrass Warwick have a great time let me know what you think.

My husband and I had a gift certificate so we went for dinner this evening which will be my final time. We thought we would give it a try after year and the reason for that Is because I found hair in my wanton soup. The man who sat us and who I had flagged over didnt seem phased by this at all. After that day I vowed never to return. Tonight our service was absolutely horrible. Our waitress walked buy us several times before she acknowledged us. When she finally came over she never said hi or asked us if we wanted a beverage, nothing. When I got my food my rice was cold and the potions have gotten smaller. Lastly, there were small bugs flying around our table. You loss which once was a loyal customer.

not even sure why people call this ASIAN... Its 100% American take on I guess Asian. There food is not cooked with any skill more less thrown together. If you order anything "like"general tso you will find very little chicken and mostly strands of dark meat and dried out from the frying and cake loads of breading /batter. Not a satisfying piece of chicken in the whole dish. This was my 3rd time there and I just had it no more. Yes I have had other dishes the TSO did them in for me. I will go to APSARA for real Asian food even if in the best part of town** heh If you like there food then you have never had good Asian cuisine. Dont waste your money.
