Oh my god!! My fiance and i decide to be dork by go out eat to celebrate our a month engaged. We got seat as soon as we get in which was nice but we left there with angry and disappointed. We ordered drink and meals. Waiter forgot bring our drink until after bring our meal. Yes i remind her twice and she keep say oh yeah i will bring in two minutes and not do that. Guy brought our meals on our table and we saw fly was on my meal, he saw and wave his hand to get fly get out of my meal then L-E-A-V-E! i called him and told him to toss and replace it. He told us that fly not hurt us so we can just eat. We waited for waiter come. We explain her about that. She take it back and return again but same meal beside replace food at top of it.... really?? Im not that stupid because i added sour cream on it from side cup and it was on same position. She replace it and they not check on us for long time enough. We need refill our drink so we decide to leave. Waiter COST me for one that fly was on!! My fiance argue that it supposed free since we dudnt eat or see fly.... my fiance paid for the one that was toss away..... Never go there ever again

Great night at the 99 tonight! Our evening started a little shaky, we left early to have dinner because most of the restaurants in our area fill up early on Saturday night. We were unable to be seated in the bar booths right away, even though they were empty because it was middle of shift change and not enough staff. However, once we were seated, the staff was phenomenal. We were waited on by Kenya who was training Kathy. Both servers were attentive, funny and made sure we were well taken care of. Our bartender, Jen was also there for us, wether it was a wine refill, or just a water. I do enjoy the food and drinks a lot, I actually dont get to this restaurant often because its always crowded. A good sign that the food is good and staff knows their stuff! With all the options in the area close to Natick Mall, that is actually a combination that is hard to come by. So overall, worth the wait!

Front of house staff and manager was excellent, the service however lacked. Took quite some time to even place our food order, and then never had a follow up to see (when we did have our food) if everything was satisfactory. What I ordered wasnt completely correct and the manager fixed the simple mess up. Not so angry the order was messed up. - but that our server never came to check on us. Almost done with my dish and found a coarse hair amongst my turkey tips... No thanks! The restaurant was pretty empty inside so I was unsure as to why the service lacked but, front house gets a 10/10. Perhaps on another visit I would be more satisfied, but there are other 99 pub locations that I would prefer over this location! :)

It was alright. Some of the food tastes bland as if no salt/pepper was added in the preparation, particularly chicken, but it is not end all be all for me when that happens. The scenery in the 99 seems to be older folks, which is fine, but if youre younger dont take surprise if thats all youre met with. Might as well have some fun regardless and talk to people. The restaurant ambiance itself is very dull, it could use some livening up as well.

Food not bad, empty tables all around not cleaned off. On site manager ignored the sitting problems. He could of cleaned the tables himself! I have been to this restaurant many times and there ALWAYS ups and downs never any consistent order to it.

Stopped here to get together with friends. There was a short wait. Our server Dan was very prompt and friendly. Had the knew bruschetta flatbread which was good with a glass of wine. The restroom was clean. Nice relaxed atmosphere

You know what youre getting from the chain and expectations are what they are. That said, the staff were really friendly and the service/food was very quick and decent. Good place for a quick bite to eat at lunch.

I had the honey BBQ chicken wrap. The chicken was minimal and the BBQ sauce wasnt very good. I felt like I was mostly just eating lettuce and tortilla. It came with a tiny portion of fries as a side.

Always a great experience for me. I go with different friends at least 3 times a month. Staff is always helpful and pleasant. My order is always accurate. Good good food value for the price.

Steve the bartender is always great. Steve knows his stuff and knows his bar. 99 always has great food and a reasonable price. Wing/Trivia night is a must on Thursdays
