Unacceptable Service ! ! ! Went out to dinner with one of my friends, sat in the lounge at a high top near the bar. Bartender was great to start off the evening quickly coming over and taking our drink orders but this is the best it gets. Shortly after taking or meal orders or food comes out, it was not what I ordered. We alerted the Bartender that was dealing with us throughout or dinner. She sent over the other bartender that was working, who we have not said one word to. She asked what was wrong and took the meal back. Came back shortly after with still not what I ordered. Finally the bartender that was dealing with us from the start came over, she had a very bad attitude and was snippy. I could tell she did not want to deal with something being wrong. I was so fed up at this point I just asked to have the meal taken back, I havent even had a bite. Asked for the check. This is the great part, the bartender came over and threw the check on the table and walked away. Did not once apologize for being wrong, was then ignored by here for the rest of the night. Both bartenders waited on others while dirty plates and the check sat on our table, another waitress saw our table and took care of it. Wont be going back any time soon. Has to be the worse service Iv ever had.

In shock. I was served a bowl of steamers, while eating them I picked one up to eat it and it was clearly bad. Literally smelt like s***. Since there was only a handful of them left, they refused to take them off the bill. When the "manager" came out to address the issue for the first time - while we were checking out- she laughed and grinned, claiming they were fine. When you serve a customer food that can potentially make them very sick or kill them, at least show some respect when forcing them to pay for it. Out if frustration, we payed for the full bill and left.

Food isnt bad but I feel like the service has gone down hill. I got the Sunday special which clearly says soup or salad, french fries, and pasta with half a chicken and a cinnamon roll. All I got was soup Potatoe and chicken. When I asked about my pasta I was told it was potage or pasta. Rechecked the menu and it clearly does not say that. They did the same thing to me last trip with clam strips. I never got my side of Cole slaw and was told it was becuase I got tartar sauce. Yet the menu doesnt say its one or the other.

I was pretty upset when the previous restaurant, My Brothers Pub, closed down, but I finally wound up going to The Roast House and some of the old places charm was left behind mixed with a fresh new atmosphere and wonderful employees. The food is always delicious, well priced and worth the visit. Highly recommend.

Great Food. Home cooked flavors were complemented by a two for tuesday deal that ended up saving us eight dollars. I had the turkey roast and it made me want to come here for thanksgiving instead of my moms. 1.79 drafts of ganset didnt hurt either.

Great atmosphere. Awesome service that feels like family and food to die for. Agree with the other comments the honey stung is were its at. Fantastic home made sauce. And great options for the kids. Worth a trip and a return.
