Brutopia is a restaurant/fresh made beer with a Brutopia brewing beer. Brutopia has a *Monthly Beer Club and whats really beautiful special about that is you get your own special glass mug and you can engrave it anyway you like so my husband was really excited about this because he got to engrave it with all of his favorite him football, baseball and all of his favorite things and how they keep his mug there and when he comes he has his very own mug and its really cool!! *FOOD!! Wow So now lets get to the food the owner has invested and having an out of the world chef come in and make a beautiful menu and the lets get to just the macaroni and cheese oh my God it is to die for!!! it has the creamiest oh my God and you can get just plain macaroni and cheese or you can add Pulled pork fresh or grilled cherry tomatoes in it or anything on the menu. I personally add grill cherry tomatoes and pulled pork sometimes I add to him some mushrooms to its its fabulous I am the other items on the menu are all the best best grilled Salmon oh my God it is so delicious its to die for the the menu is just insane the Ribs oh they fall off the bone!! You dont have to go to a southern countries to get ribs like they Petopia makes yet out youd feel like youre in a southern town in southern countries of the US with ribs like he makes I am you know you always say you have to go to a barbecue places but right here Brutopia they make it right!!! *Staff Staff Where do I begin they are friendly and respectful please and thank yous always management they sit down with you they dont find anything wrong with being friendly and kind and they are just all-around great nature people they treat you like they want you there not that late have to serve you and they want to know your name they want you to come back its not like they dont want you there I go there maybe a few few times a month maybe four times a month and they always remember our names they treat you like youre at home and if you like the feeling of being in a place where youre appreciated them Brutopia is the place for you if you want great food and the feeling of being appreciated then definitely Brutopia is the place for you I guarantee youre going to have a great experience!!!! great beer and food so enjoy it at Brutopia!! You cant rate a place with zero stars but, 1 is giving it too much. I have come here for 3 months. The service is ungodly awful, slow and just unorganized. The little manager with the high and tight is a joke. He runs around pretending to do something. On 5/29/2017 I sat at a table for 20 minutes without wait staff coming to the table. I went to the bar and sat thinking I would get better service. I walked into Brutopia at 3:00 pm and at 4:14 pm I still havent received my appetizer. This is embarrassing and I am appalled at the lack of customer service. There was 2 wait staff members at the front door texting on their phones while an hour had gone by since I ordered my wings as an appetizer. I give this place the benefit of the doubt and I want so badly to like it but, the service is the WORST I have ever seen. I have worked in the food industry for years. If this had happened at an establishment I worked at people would have been FIRED. 1 1/2 hours after ordering and our appetizer coming out they informed me their was no sausage that I had ordered 1 1/2 hours ago. At this point I just said please can I get the bill. She said " sorry, no problem the reason the food is coming out so slow is because of the rain outside today." That was the response I got. Its almost like they are trying to screw that place up. I will be calling the owners. Cant call the manager because he probably still has his hands in his pockets. Worst restaurant experience ever. Please do something to improve this! I want so badly to like this place because of its atmosphere and the food is decent. I gave this place 3 months of business and the service was always terrible but, today was the last straw! The manager never once today came over to speak with us or anything. He was well aware what was going on. The 2 waiters texting on their phone and the other waitress talking on her cell phone is just bad for business. Especially when over an hour had gone by since I ordered my appetizer.

Unfortunately bad experience here... I had extremely high hopes after talking to some people downstairs at Revival (a brewery), but was left sorely disappointed when me and my girlfriend were greeted by an extremely rude hostess. This was compounded when we talked to the, also rude, bartender, who was of no help at all to us. After spending nearly 15 minutes ordering 2 veggie-burgers, we were told to come back upstairs and check on it in 10 - all well and good, at least wed get good food we thought. After tipping, returning downstairs and playing a game of ping-pong we returned hopeful for a good burger. Boom, another disappointment. Again, we were greeted by an extremely rude bartender, before being given our meager burgers. We paid $2 each for onion rings, they included 1 on each burger. The patty itself was dry, and unwelcoming, the bun nearing stale and the fries a bit soggy. All in all I dont think Id ever go back, nor recommend any of my friends do. Very disappointing considering I was so hopeful for a good burger with my beer.

I came here with a friend he does maintenance for them on certain occasions as I was just hanging around waiting for him to get done they offered me a small shot of beer I said I really dont like craft beers but Ill give but Ill give it a shot they even gave me some type of fruit beer that was actually decent and I dont really like fruit in my beer. But overall the bartender and the atmosphere was very inviting they even have a friendly pitbull in the basement that loves to play with pillows and overall is a very good dog. My experience here and with the people there I was very inviting and I felt like I was in a local home bar. This place is packed pretty much every weekend when I drive by so Im sure theyre doing well. On occasion I will come back here and have a craft beer if I feel like it but like I said Im not really a fan of those. But if this place were to adapt the Shock Top versions of pretzel wheat ale I definitely would make this a regular stop.

Terrible customer service and poorly managed. Went there with a party of 10 on Saturday afternoon - food was decent, not great. When it came time to pay, we were told the system was down and that only cash could be taken (it had been down for a while, but were notified at time of payment). Long story short, we were held up 90 minutes after we had eaten due to internal miscommunication with mgmt and staff. The assistant manager was beyond unprofessional and extremely abrasive. We wound up speaking to some of the other staff, and they echoed back our own concerns with how poorly managed the restaurant was. Its not about what happens, but how its handled - and its evident they could care less about their patrons or their experience. I will never come back here, and would recommend you save yourself the time and money and not even consider this place.
