Our first impression I wont lie wasnt a great experience at all. My husband ordered a bbq chicken pizza with no onions. Obviously it came with onions. Now after he specifically ordered it without and picked up the pizza we noticed it. We went back inside requesting a new pizza. They wanted to charge us for an additional pizza when they were the ones that messed up the order.
We then called on our way home asking to speak to a manager. We got Kim; she was a sweetheart. She told us to drive back pick up a new pizza (made correctly) and she would give us a full refund. She was definitely an advocate for the restaurant. Not to mention the pizza was the best I had in a long time!!!

Great food, but too bad they have racist ppl working there! Went to pick up my order today and one of the girls behind the counter was bashing Obama, which is not a the issue in itself because everyone is entitled to their opinion, however she proceeded to treat me like I was invisible and greeted the customer who walk in behind me! Very disappointing! The food is so good but Ill have to say that I will never return, and will let all of my co-workers who frequent there know as well.

I am from Connecticut and we saw this restaurant and love the name so we thought wed stop then wow this is been the highlight the service is outstanding we met Jasmine our waitress was unbelievable so friendly and the food was absolutely delicious everything is homemade we had the mozzarella bread and some grinders the meatballs were fabulous this is a must stop if you dont stop youre sure missing out

I had a nice dinner with my sister, the waitress Erin was great...I forgot my leftovers on the table, dropped sister off, went back by the restaurant, went in and they said,"She came back!" and brought me the take away box with a big smile. Food is super tasty and satisfying, price is good, service is great. Thanks Big Cheese, I look forward to my next visit.

Theyre for sure my favorite pizza/sub restaurant in cranston. If your dining in the atmosphere is very comfortable and very kid-friendly which is awesome and makes any place to eat a make or break for me. Also they have adult beverages (not just beer) like most pizza spots. Helps to unwind and go great with pizza lol.

Tried the Italian grinder and it was pretty good! Unfortunately the service was pretty bad and our margaritas didnt taste right at all. It was a Saturday afternoon so maybe they werent staffed appropriately this time. There are enough excellent Italian spots in RI that I dont think Ill be heading back to find out.

This has been my favorite restaurant for ages! If you happen to make it in, try the house dressing... Its to die for! The owner is always talking to customers and making sure everyone is enjoying their food! The staff is always curtious and pleasant!! The food is fantastic!! The atmosphere is homey and cozy!!!

This place is great my daughter has loved it since she could talk and say big cheese. Its almost a tradition now. The food is great always hot. And the employees will do anything to make sure youre satisfied and if you ever get to meet the owner then youll feel even better because he is just a great guy.

Really good pizza thats well priced and tasty. This place is a staple for the Cranston area. The service is friendly, seating is comfortable. Ive only eaten inside twice and we didnt have a long wait both times. Looking for good pizza in Cranston, this is the place.

I LOVE this place. We have been going here for YEARS. All of their food is great but once a week I need my greek popeye. Its an open face spinach pie with a huge greek salad with homemade dressing. Its to die for. Dine in or order out they are the way to go.

Great Pizza! Ive been coming here for years. Best meatballs on the planet and their Italian dressing is divine. I keep making trips from NYC to get my fix and Im no ever ashamed to say Ive gotta have my Big Cheese. Keep up the great work!

This place is up there with twins ! They have there own style. I just couldnt get enough. My daughter takes the cheese and sauce off of pizza , at the big cheese she leaves it on. Its weird but it a divine sign from the pizza gods!

Excellent well-run restaurant with great service. Great pizza, pasta, and salads. I love the old school wooden interior and hope they never change it. Love the garlic bread with cheese and tomato.

The salad was large, diverse and tasty. The crazy sticks were nicely done. Meatballs were good. Chicken parm was OK but light on chicken. The sauce was very good. I would come back.

I am not a pizza lover, but the first order, I was thrilled by their fresh and crunch super larger 14 inch pizza. Two words"LOVE IT". P.S. do yourself a favor, eat fresh in Big Cheese!!
