Im a foodie who enjoys dives as well. A combination of the two is hard to find, and unfortunately, I didnt find it here. HOWEVER, when I think of classic diner, this is actually more authentic than even what I would imagine. Its a classic as classic can get. I had the apple cider pancakes (what he made that day) and they were great. As a foodie, I expected real maple syrup because youre almost on the NH border here. But its simple pancake syrup. As a foodie, I expected butter, but margarine was the oil of choice. So, even though I may not be back again, Id have to say, I am glad I went and Id recommend Moran Square to any diner-lover who isnt as much of a snob as I am.

Minimal menu, but everything hot and fresh. Cash only. I had the three cheese omlette which was large and fluffy. Veggies didnt seem to be an option. They didnt bat an eye when I said I couldnt eat the home fries and toast. The sausage parties were delicious if a little grisley. The coffee was drinkable but I decided to use cream. The milk was excellent. Service was prompt and friendly. Coffee refill was not offered and I didnt ask. Parking was a challenge. I parked in the residential part of Myrtle.

Best fresh breakfast ever. Visited for the first time about 2 months ago and been there every weekend ever since. Staff is GREAT super attentive. Place is clean and even that is a small diner we never had a problem getting seated. Food is fresh super good cook to perfection . I cant say enough about this Lil germ.

My favorite diner in the whole world. Call ahead and see if theyre going to have the cornmeal pancakes, theyre out of this world. Even their regular pancakes are the best Ive ever had, blueberries are worth it. Definitely not a place to take a big group, its a small classic diner. Cash only, as it should be.

Very homey, with very cool specials that frequently update. The atmosphere is nice, with a good variety of early 20th century music and a good balance of students and what seem like long time local regulars.
