Ive been here a few times and typically would rate this at at least 4 stars. The service today was not good. Maybe its just me, but when a staff member stops in her tracks to tell me she is much too busy to be helpful, I have to wonder if they want any customers. I asked for a tray, to put the multiple items I had ordered on, so that I could carry them. If they werent completely without a clue, the items would have already been on a tray. Even DD gives you a tray. Instead, I got a huffing, puffing little person telling me all about how she was much too busy to be helpful, and that the trays were "over there" (followed by a vague hand wave somewhere, who knows where). So next time, Ill go somewhere else, where the customers are important. Thats not here.

What great food!! This little gem of a bakery is now one of my favorite bread bakeries. Why? Their bread has great flavor and texture, with a great crispy crust with a chewy interior. Theyll let you try before you buy, so you can decide which of their delicious breads to take home. But, you really cant go wrong with any of the breads in my opinion. Ive had the sourdough, rosemary and garlic, and pepper jack breads recently - all fantastic for toast, sandwiches or just eating on their own. And you can buy their breads at Whole Foods in case you cant make it into Concord. Dont delay, get your hands on a loaf today - youll love it!!

Really? This bakery makes very good bread, but the cafe is a joke. Food looks decent but it is truly mediocre and very overpriced. Mostly a hang-out for local moms since there are few other options around. The staff often get the orders wrong and are rude when its called to their attention, and the place is pretty dirty to boot. Has the Heath Dept checked it out lately? Theres potential here, but until Nashoba Bakery gets its act together and spruces this place up, it wont get my business or that of my friends anymore.

Not the best experience here. Very confused/disorganized staff, not a stellar sandwich, forgot to give me my bakery item I paid for etc. one of the sandwiches came with avocado and there was next to none on it. Its an expensive sandwich so they shouldnt skimp on that stuff. They were nice when I showed them and gave me more but one of the staff said in front of me that the kitchen skimps on stuff like this all the time. While it was a lovely setting and the food tasted good it was overpriced and I dont plan on going back.

Ive been to Nashoba Brook Bakery many times, and its an awesome place. Theres usually a line here, but its a good place for lunch or breakfast. The bread is really good, and the coffeeshop-like atmosphere makes it a good spot to get a meal with friends or pull out your computer and get to work. The place is pretty cramped at times, though, so I would check it out before you commit to ordering. It can take a while to place an order, but its worth the wait.

This place is set back with no signage so its easy to miss (as I have gone by it for about 3 yrs without noticing it) in the building behind the gas station, but the breakfast sandwiches were amazing, and they come with home fries and fruit. We also tried some of the baked goods and the croissant dough was excellent, golden, flakey and buttery. We will defiantly be back here.

This is a rustic not chic coffee shop that is really like the back of a bakery they do have an excellent variety of pastries and breads but the coffee shop itself is dark and nearly dreary because of the dense trees outside. You must go to it passt a gas station and parking lot into an old manufacturing building. Nevertheless I had a great pastry and coffee today.

This bakery has changed my mind about sliced bread. Normally I avoid it, but Nashoba Brook Bakery bread, which I buy at Whole Foods, is fantastic. I love the olive, harvest and cheese bread. Im sure Id love their other breads as well, but how much bread can one person eat after all? If you make sandwiches or toast and love good bread this is the loaf for you.

Surprising disappointing given all the positive reviews. Brought two friends both well known for their flexibility in dining anywhere and eating anything. All three of us were very disappointed in the sandwiches, the ingredients, and the taste. I suggest we give the place a second chance but both my companions declined the opportunity.

Unreal sandwiches, whatever you want they got. Fast and friendly service and the portions are great even for someone with a big apatite. Only negative is the parking but actually I like the entrance because it adds to the entire experience. Well done and congratulations on your current and future success.

Excellent place, with kid friendly seating. Great food! Hidden oasis. Patio in back looks great for sitting outside in the summer. Walkway around back patio has neat pedestrian bridge over Fort Pond Book. Short walk from commuter rail station; fun lunch destination to take kids on the train!

Amazing bakery/cafe. Everything from the sandwiches to the baked goods to the drinks is delicious. They have plenty of options for everyone. Prices are reasonable and quality is high. If you can save room for dessert! It gets very crowded on the weekends so expect a wait.

Called with a request for 75 croissants on Monday. Picked them up on Tuesday morning. All croissants are gone and so many colleagues delighted, asking where they came from. A hit and outstanding customer experience. And I discovered a hidden gem. Will be back!

Their bakery goods are superb. Sandwiches and teas are excellent. Favorite is chicken curry sandwhich. In good weather, there is a deck by a stream. There is ample parking in the back where you cross a cute little bridge over the stream to get to the deck area.

Wonderful little hole-in-the-wall (literally) on the backside of the building they occupy. Had breakfast with my wife and a fried, food was great and we sat out on the picnic tables and enjoyed the weather and the scenery with the river going by.

This place is amazing. They make all of their bread onsite and use it to craft deliciously creative sandwiches that are healthy and hearty. Tons of delicious muffins and other baked goods make this place a mandatory stop on Saturday mornings.

Dont be discouraged if at first you dont find this hidden oasis! The parking lot is tricky, but this light filled bakery has awesome food from sandwiches to baked goods and great drinks. The wifi is strong and the couches comfy.

Sandwich on Olive bread was great and raspberry lemonade torte was amazing - best meal Ive had in quite a while with a really nice little porch with a view of a gorgeous brook. Very nice place to eat.

We always get our meals for our weekly manager meeting here and its well worth it! The staff is friendly and always gives us extra bread with our salad (with a scoop of tarragon chicken salad!).

After a long, cold bike ride, the hot vegetarian chili w/ bread & a steamy cup of hot chocolate was perfect for refueling the stomach and continuing my journey. Good job, Nashoba Brook Bakery!
