The salads and hot sandwiches are delicious here, and the place has a subtle atmosphere of existential dread emanating from the employees, which makes them feel like real human beings. Despite this dread, they are still mostly polite and helpful. You can tell that they need to really pedal their "MyPanera" cards, honestly better to just accept it, you dont get much out of it, but at least its free and they wont have to bother you about it anymore. Anyway, while I was eating, I could see that some of the employees were working stupidly fast. Like inhumanly fast. I didnt know if I should feel impressed by or sad for those guys, maybe both? They really must be a bit understaffed. The biggest flaw here is that the free wifi is slow, like it seriously cannot handle all of the people in the dining room. I guess thats fine, it is free after all, but its barely usable.

I always have a satisfying experience at this Panara location. The staff is very well trained to address you in a friendly and professional manner and are very attentive to your requests. Very hospitable. The coffee is always kept fresh and hot. Wifi is available to catch up on email and such while you are in the establishment. Ive never felt rushed while enjoying time at this Panara. The food is always fine as well.
