For someone who normally has an excellent experience with PB, I was very dissatisfied with the service and general attitude of the manager and employees. Especially, given the fact that I cater quite often from their establishment, and Im not your typical one-time "you pick 2" customer. After talking about my experience with some locals, I understand that my testimonial is not uncommon from the rest. Hope this doesnt fall on deaf ears.

Had a small issue with Panera Breads (Chelmsford, MA) breakfast sandwich yesterday.. provided feedback..I was not expecting anything but simply venting....In fact I had breakfast again this morning at Panera...Steve called the very next day and offered a free meal the next time I go there....thats customer service...+1 Panera..Love you guys..

Ordered a Green Passion Smoothie. First time the smoothie was spilled second there was only half of the cup filled. After ten minutes I asked if I could have a refund but was denied by a staff member saying It would only be one min more. Not the service Panera usually gives.

I dont usually order food, so it took me awhile to pick somethung. They handed me a paper menu to see what was in the items. I chose the chili. Although it didnt list the exact ingredients...it was good. I dont eat the bread or chips and was offered an apple instead!

Loved this place. Decent options for vegetarian. The Mediterranean sandwich and tomato soup was amazing. The staff was very accommodating and super friendly. Caramel latte and salted caramel cookie were also delicious . Good for family hangout.

Really small compared to other paneras I have been too. But they deliver and they are really reliable. I had to place an order a few times, and the service was spot on. I would recommend if you need to order food for a birthday party or play date.

Mostly good, but occasionally the sandwiches arent well made. Had a breakfast sandwich with avocado and it consisted of one lump of avocado. Disappointed that time.
