I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant sandwich. The sandwich was steaming and pressed flat as a pancake with undercooked rubber like bacon. I complained and asked for a refund without taking a bite, they asked me to wait so they could try again for what looked like the same sandwich twice. The second time, steaming and pressed flat with one black burnt piece of bacon and one rubber one. I did not eat it, I told the manager and she said, "that is the way it is made." This place is no different than any other fast food restaurant. Maybe that location needs some new management and employees.

Love most of the people that work there personally, but for some reason they cannot get an order right. Mistakes happen,sure, but to call back, tell them there was a mistake, then have the supervisor tell me it wasnt AND put me on hold indefinitely... nope.

Good Panera location with outdoor seating, too. Free wifi makes it a nice place. Parking can be difficult on busy days, but a short walk is good for you, too!

Came at 6:30pm, they didnt have any bread, bagels, or wontons. Shouldve driven the extra 10 minutes to the Lincoln one, they never let me down.
