Horrible portions and extremely high prices. I paid $5 for like 3 shells of mac & cheese in a cup. Are you kidding me, Panera? The mac & cheese is so delicious but I could make enough to feed several people for $5. I really cant see why people like this place, its overpriced fast food and every time Ive been Ive always been disappointed with the quality and portion sizes for the ridiculously high prices. Just because it looks like a cafe doesnt mean its any less fast food than McDonalds is... oh wait Im pretty sure they have the same supplier.

Panera seems to just be losing its quality year by year. Today I visited the Franklin location and got handed an ice cold bowl of mac and cheese after waiting about 10 minutes for my name to be called. What was done in those 10 min if heating up my food wasnt part of it? Its disheartening to spend $11 on mac and cheese and a drink and have to wait on your lunch break to receive ice cold food. I guess they did me a favor because I wont be spending my money with this franchaise again.

This is one of the few cool places that are so badly needed in this town (family restaurants are a dime a dozen). This is a hip place for coffee with a great selection of sandwiches, soups and fresh gourmet breads and some good pastries as you wont get them anywhere else. Very fast and friendly service. The place is rather busy, though, around lunch time. Avoid the crowds by going at 11:30 or 1. In the Stop&Shop mall right off of exit 17.

Always a solid choice. Its a little pricey for what it is but not outlandishly so. Soups are always good. Not as many electric outlets as some other Paneras for those who want to work there. Staff is always courteous but the flow between the bakery area and the sandwich area is sometimes confusing and the doorway sometimes gets jammed with people on the way in/out.

very very very bad customer service. Waited for 20 mints for just to find out that my rapid pick up order ingredients are not available.They didnt have minimum courtesy to convey that my order is not been prepared. I had to ask one of the staff member about my order. Finally after i got my order no one even apologize for the wait. Terrible experience with the staff.

Alright. Lets stop fooling ourselves. This food is neither cheap nor healthy. The service is horrible (especially the Managers who will give you attitude, and should probably learn more about Customer Service). Just because you chose to go to a Panera instead of a McDonalds does not mean you made a healthy choice. Lets get real.

Fist time at that place I order a Steak & White Cheddar HOT Panini and the sandwich was raw and could. I complained to the employee who prepared the sandwich who answer me that was the way serve the "hot sandwich". We never coming back

Food is great as expected, but they really need to work on the speed of service, it really clogs things up if the cashier has to make a smoothie. Expect a long wait during peak times, think about using the app or we to order ahead.

Had the Thai broth bowl for 8.99 and it was filled 1/3rd and I was told thats standard by the manager! No wonder the store was empty. Go to whole foods at the next exit 18 for better quality and quantity food at their sit in.

I dont know, I mean, its a nice place to chill and bang back a cup of coffee. The bread is good, sandwiches are expensive for the portion size. Bagals are good and the Tuesday bakers dozen deal is an extra good take.

Was awful. First time and I will not be back . Had a salad and the dressing looked like baby crap dripping down the bowl. More on out side then in. Manager took order was RAF.

This one is the first Panera I every visited. This one has plenty of booths but is a little light on the "loungy" seating. Food is the same at all Paneras, right?
