Not one to write bad reviews in hope it might have been a off day but I feel other people shall be warned... The burrito wrap smelled quite odd. Which almost made ask for a refund.. being a burrito lover I had to atleast try it before not eating it and after one bite I had to put the burrito down. I tried to pick the steak out which I attempeted to chew a few slices, with no success. Keep in mind I enjoy ALL types of food and am not known as a picky eater. The entire burrito was just bad and not even wrapped together well. Living in a wooded area with many hungry critters roaming through my yard, I left the remains (almost all) of the burrito outside on the porch which was neglected by even them.

This is a standard Chipotle as far as food quality and selection, ambiance and crowd. However this is the SLOWEST counter service you can find at a Chipotle, and Ive been here and experienced it many times. Without fail there are not enough people working the food line and/or they work at a snails pace. Dont even bother trying to get in and out of this place during the lunch or dinner hours. For example, its currently 7:45pm and Ive been in line for 15 minutes. It isnt even a rush anymore! Two tables are occupied. All the guests here are just waiting, waiting in line.

This place is exceptional. They fed me a great meal and service was friendly and quick. Their new kids meal deals come with a choice of milk or juice and am orange. Stoked on them taking care of the kids with some healthy options. I got in just before a big lunch rush and saw them smoothly serve dozens of people with no issues. I personally Loved listening to some reggae at a good volume! This store even honored my rewards card for chips and guacamole even tho something was creating an error on the system. Many Thanks

Came here for lunch mid day during working hours and this place always seemed packed. I understand theres a lunch rush but too bad this place isnt bigger. It was raining out so the outdoor seating was closed/limited and indoors its hard to find seating. Overall the food is similar to any other chipotle and the service is friendly and quick. I was surprised to see their menu prices had gone up or at least this specific location seemed to have higher prices then other places I have been.

This location particularly runs out of ingredients often at the line. It seems they arent prepared for the rush and run out of beans, rice and veggies and then skimp on amounts of items just to get you out the door. I am constantly disappointed since I always try to give them another chance. Now I go to Moes Southwest Grill down the road.

Tasty as all locations, but this one is PACKED. If youre like me, you prefer your Mexican food with a little more thought and care, and enjoyed in a quiet environment. Unfortunately this location is always packed with people and over capacity. Recommend finding another delicious location or ordering in advance.

I like your restaurant but for the first time I was really disappointed.! Only because the employees were ridiculously lazy and slow and did not care about the customers, that were lining up all the way to the door! It makes me not want to go there again!

Too much talking goes on amongst employees. Stood at cash register for about 3-5 minutes waiting for someone to ring me up. I do not go into this location very often but when I do it always seems like it is too laid back on the part of the crew there.
