If youre in the Boston area and looking for soul food, order from Soulfire or one of the many Wings places. This place does not deserve your service. Not only are their delivery drivers incompetent and rude (since when is it okay to lie to customers and then yell at them when they have proof of what it is youre lieing about?) but they also do not get the orders correct. We ordered the family box, and all 3 sides were missing when it arrived. After calling the restaurant it then took over an hour for the rest of the meal to arrive. We understand mistakes happen...but when they do, you correct it immediately and apologetically, recognizing that it is your fault. You dont take forever to send it when your restaurant is just a few minutes away, you dont yell at the customer, and you take responsibility. Thats just good business practice. Now as for the food...just order the chicken, do not order their combo meals or sides. The sides are tasteless, watery, and single-size portions even for the larger combos which are supposed to be for a full family. Better yet, just order from SoulFire; you wont be disappointed.

I ordered 9pcs of barbecue chicken wings and a large pepperoni pizza. the barbecue sauce is spicy no barbecue taste at all, pizza barely had any pepperoni on it. I went to return the chicken because I cant have spicy food due to my pregnancy, they said they couldnt: take it back because they guna lose their money. I had to keep the spicy chicken and gave it away.. I hate their service, they only care about themselves not the costumers.. Dont go there, their chicken stinks too. I think they use old meat.

i swear they put like crack or something in their chicken. its not overly breaded and its SO GOOD. their pizzas reasonable, but i havent really tried anything else. sometimes since i ask for dark meat only and they dont have it they give me an extra piece to compensate. staff is quiet but not really rude or anything.

Very unprofessional staff. I asked if they serve a tea and the staff replied, "dude you need a break." I asked for the fries and when I checked my food later, there was a rice. Food taste great, but consider the mess they have in their kitchen.

Very unprofessional. Did not wear proper food handling precautions, they did not wear gloves and gave a lot of attitude. When asked for delivery, it took 1 hour and and half and when asked to come back with tip, never came back!

Best fried chicken in Boston! Went there at least once a week when I lived across the street. The guys are us per friendly too. $8 for a 5 piece chicken meal. Amazing! Miss you guys!
