My girlfriend and I visited this location and it was the worst chipotle experience weve ever had, and we frequent chipotle about once a week. The kitchen exhaust hood wasnt working, and my girlfriend and I started coughing as soon as we got inside (not exaggerating). They were staying open (I believe this is a health code violation) and they propped the front door open with a fire extinguisher. It was December in Boston. It was freezing inside. Everyone was eating with their winter coats on. We ate our burritos as quickly as possible and left. I will add that the burritos were poorly wrapped, and the entire restaurant was dirty (we had to wipe off our booth before sitting down). Cleanliness is a constant problem at this location but the exhaust hood and door prop were simply over the top. We will not be visiting this location again. I am looking into the health code involving kitchen exhaust hoods and I will look into filing a complaint if need be.

Chipotle is pretty solid across all of its stores. Food is great as usual. The staff here is excellent. Friendly, fast, and efficient. They deal with huge crowds due to their proximity to Boston College. Even when the lines are out the door they keep it moving. The place is pretty clean, especially for a high traffic store. Table space is limited. If you going during lunch or dinner it may be difficult to find seating. It is a popular place for B.C. students. Like most Chipotles, they are also very knowledgeable about gluten allergies. They really try to limit cross contamination. Without hesitation they will change gloves, clean the area, and use fresh ingredients. Overall it is a solid Chipotle with a great staff.

The staff at this Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurant are very friendly and the food at this restaurant is very good. It is right across the street from the Cleveland Circle MBTA stop and even though I do not live in Brighton, I eat here all of the time. Its perfect for students because people can get lunch for an affordable price here and many of their tables have power outlets nearby —perfect for students needing to charge their cell phones, computers, or other electronic devices.

The issue wasnt simply a sick employee. It was more systemic: "An inspector temporarily suspended Chipotle’s permit after finding three violations: cooked chicken and steak was below the proper holding temperature of 140 degrees and an employee working despite being sick. Also, the multiple reports of foodborne illness which “poses an imminent health hazard.” They were also failing to cook meat properly, which is a serious health hazard.

All Chipotles deserve a lot of stars because the food is consistently very good. This particular Chipotle is extra great because it has a nice covered outdoor seating area, and because the workers on the burrito line seem to be in a competition with themselves to pack the maximum amount of food into that burrito without breaching the tortilla.

It wasnt just 150 BC students getting sick over here, one time an employee made the burrito and fold it horribly. he looked like he had no idea what he was doing. As a college student its a complete turn off and unless you want a screwed up burrito and risking a chance of getting sick, this is the place.

I dont know what was wrong at this location but everything was cold and they say no corn no pinto beans just because I went there 40 min before they close and ended up with a bowl with whatever they have there. I guess just avoid going there in the last hour.

Over 150 people got very sick eating here.That is serious and anyone that cares about ones health should be very cautious about eating at this particulate restaurant.You are putting your life on the line to eat in here.

Talk about overrated, Chipotle is the definition of the word. While the interior of the restaurants are clean and inviting, the food leaves much to be desired, and the price even moreso.
