horrible staff at this location. unfortunately this location is closest to my home. 90% of the staff here are rude. one time I went through their drive thru and when I got home I noticed it wasnt right. so I went back. they gave me a full refund by giving me a free meal my next visit because I didnt have my payment method with me that I used to buy it. they wrote it down in their notes of some important book of theirs. my next visit- my order was wrong. again. everytime I go here somethings wrong whether its my food is wrong, I was charged wrong, or theyre really rude to me.

Much to my surprise Panara no longer offers my favorite sandwich, the chipotle chicken panini. So when I pulled into the drive though and tried to order it I was greeted by a friendly employee who told me to just hang on a second and she would consult the manager. The manager knew how to make it the only missing ingredient was the sauce. He said he would make it and charge me a comparable price. I was so excited they were willing to go out of their way to just make me a sandwich. Awesome customer support and fast service. A+

I went to this Panera Bread with my boyfriend on 1/23/16 around 6pm. The place was pretty empty, with the exception of maybe two people. Behind the counter was at least six workers. We approached the counter to order and waited atleast 5-7 min to order. The staff knew we were there, they all looked at us, but didnt even say "hello". We decided to walk out because the staff were apparently too busy to take our order because they were ordering things for themselves and figuring out who gets to take a break next.

This is probably a biased post because I just love Panera Bread. Everything on the menu is wonderful. In my opinion it is a bit pricey, but its worth it. Love the app, love ordering to have ready at a specific time, love picking up at the drive-thru. Excellent experience every time.

Thanks for forgetting the Swiss on my ham and swiss. Its right in the name "ham and SWISS" Im surprised that you even remember to put pants on in the morning. Forgot the utensils in the bag too. Iced tea tasted like watered down nothing. Wont ever be going back

This is the slowest panera I have ever been to. They average 15 minutes for a drive-thru order. I dont think Ill bother with this one anymore; which sucks because I work in town. Update: 25 minutes for a salad. Screw this place.

The cashiers are friendly, my order is always right. I love to use the Panera app to order my for before I get there. Its always busy, but there is always a table open. Great food, great location.
