I live close by everytime here with my family the staff always have a bad attitude poor customer service this is worst place to come i rather drive an extra 30 minutes to dedham or lowell to go to a different kfc then this one always get my order messed up the condition of the location is always dirty then they are always closing early to get out faster never have anything made and if you want some they always say we dont have any or it will be atleast 20+ minutes of a wait they over charge you i will stop coming to this location today the food was stale and both me and my wife have food service experience

It is the average yet it has some pro and con pro: Never very crowded, you almost never have to wait long time. They onor all KFC promotion coupons without a problem (elsewhere they were a little picky about those) con: the personnel is not so kind. I do not pretend them to be best friends, yet they could at least be a little more open and answer when you say hello

Me and two others got stomach aches after eating this food. Service was dicey as well, with a limited menu. Asked for white meat, was told there was none, then there was. Repeat that with crispy chicken as well. Shouldve taken that as a cue to leave. Would try to avoid.

Never have any chicken pot pies in stock , everytime I went they told me it would be a 25 minute wait , rude staff , never answer company phone , dont waste your time its not worth the trip !
