Ive been to this KFC a few times in the past year. Every time I go I tell myself, "Let me give them one more chance." Today was their last chance. Their food is NEVER fresh. Their chicken is always overheated, like its been sitting there for hours. Same thing with the biscuits. Theyre always hard and brown. I used to work at a KFC and this is the worst food Ive eaten. If you want FRESH KFC, go to the one on North Main Street in Providence. Its so much better!

If you get the meal you actually ordered and can tolerate untrained employees, this place is for you. We went, got overcharged, and had items missing. Im normally not too picky about service but this has happened every time weve gone to this particular KFC. I love the food so Ill definitely keep buying it. Ill just have to go to a different location.

Chicken tenders were over cooked and flat as a board, "Wheres the Chicken" absolutely worst meal ever, not to mention had to wait while 5 people after me came and went, as they had no tenders. Never again, and this isnt the first time Ive said this about this location.

so i went here the other day and i ordered a peice of their classic fried chicken leg and the meat still had chicken fur on it, i mean the customer service was so bad/lazy they didnt even bother tio take the fur of the god damn chicken

Staff was great something you dont usually find in fast food! One particular employee stood out he was young with braces didnt get his name but he was really attentive to the customers and the cleanliness! Awesome employee!
