While sitting at a booth with my husband and children a gentleman came in and went to the counter. We heard a lady tell him to sit in the corner and her manager will come out to speak with him. My husband decided to give him one of the containers we had of potato wedges and as hes over there talking to him, the guy explains hes homeless and came in to ask if he could do some work to get a free meal. The manager offered him a job and said to follow him outside. Hes now outside cleaning up so that he can have a free meal.

I called ordered there 1hr before they closed. I told them we were on our way. we got there 30 mins before they are suppose to close and start shutting down. we knocked on the door clear enough to be heard.the employees ignored us. We tried using the drive thru window and yet again they ignored us. like are you kidding me!!! First thing people need to do is stop being rude and lazy!

4/15/16 pick up bucket of chicken dry over cooked tasted like leftover from previous day.Recommend go elsewhere. Tallked to supervisor she was rude. Well if you read other rewies I not the only complaint on this issue. Rate as a 0 star. Recmend not to eat at this location. George Croteau

way over cooked tenders, wrong drink, no spork, one of the sides was wrong, no sauce, and didnt even get a receipt, I can see a mistake or 2 when the place is busy, but it wasnt, im not expecting 5 star service here but, you get back what yea give.

Why were you closed at 9:30 when the website says 11? Might as well change the times so people arent driving there right after work to find it closed when its supposed to be open? Anyways, the famous bowls are good.

Not even close to a good experience.. One woman working the front one order at a time no sense of urgency.. Messed up 2 of the ordered food not hot at all.. Manager saw a line and didnt help.. Food was not good cold

The place looks like its rundown, dirty floors water leaking from the ceiling poor lighting. Its in need of a serious remodel. Employees were nice but it takes forever to fill an order for a 16 piece meal.
