What a trip to KFC I met a woman who clearly hates her job. Why work in a job were you have to face your customers and be so miserable. So I order a 16 piece family meal for those who dont know it comes with 4 large sides witch we ordered 1 extra side and a lemon cake. So after a long unpleasant wait at the drive thru we realize we didnt order mac n cheese which was all over the reciptes So we asked as she opened the window rudely and banged her hand down on drive threw window as if we disturbed her. She says thats how we place our orders not what you get, thanks for qlarifying to the normally people of the world who say 3 mashed 1 Cole slaw 1 corn but slip says man cheese "clearly need a batter process there". Finally we make it home where we can finally really see what got? So to our disappointment the extra side I ordered and according to my receipt paid for was not there. But hey it was a big order they f## up no biggie. We get our feast on anyway. So we get to the end and the kids are asking for some of that lemon cake we bought so we pull the cake out of the bag and immediately we can see mold on the cake wtf it was covered with mold and the expiration sticker was torn off the top label of the cake container that was it now you took away the kids cake! Worst KFC visit ever!!!!!!! I wont ever go to that KFC again!!! Chexk out our receipt and pictures to go along. Manager Sam couldnt help and the whole thing will be forgotten about like everything else but. Went to get a $20 family fill up and the cashier, Mary P, kept muttering something about her husband as I was ordering. After I got my food, I ate some parts of it there to kill some time but Mary P kept giving me the stink eye. I found out after I got home some 5 hours later why she was. She had given me small sides instead of the larges my order states. She was also addressed by the manager while I was there to fill up the empty napkin holders and argued with him. I didnt encounter any other employees so the only impression I got was from that rude cashier Mary P. I would give a better rating were she more polite, had given me my correct order, didnt keep staring at me in a rude fashion while I ate, and didnt mumble while I was ordering about whatever personal issues she was dealing with. Edit: Spoke with Manager Miranda day after and found out this particular employee had been causing a number of issues to date. Manager assured me the issue will be taken care of immediately and more than made up for my prior days bad experience and so from 1 star to 5 I gladly change my review as it seems the managers are on top of situations that arise and address them promptly.

Jaimie, must of had that same pleasant worker. Just left the drive through, and I guess I must of been doing a disservice for pulling up to the place and wanting food, because I heard her on the intercom "ugh, can I help you". I placed my order, but it was 11:45, and despite this app telling me KFC closes at 3am, I guess that part closes at 10. Well, I guess I just made this girls night, as she said gleefully, " KFC closes at 10, bye". Kind of laughing about it. So if you guys look on here, hopefully youll see this and figure out what time KFC actually closes at, but good luck with the customer service guys, youll need it.

Currently having the best experience at this KFC. As soon as I walk in theres an employee joking around and has a smile and great attitude. As I was ordering she suggested different options to save me money which is a big plus. I got a fountain drink but it just tasted watered down and off so I went to order a freeze instead and she gave it to me free of charge which I also greatly appreciated. Extremely accommodating and just the nicest fast food type place Ive ever been in.

Not too bad. But if theres a game, the wings disappear. Sometimes they run out of chicken and you have to wait. But its only 10 minutes or so. Always make them cook more chicken because they need to get better at estimating demand. In general they disappointed me by discontinuing grilled chicken. But I still like original recipe.

I ordered Original Recipe just legs and thighs. When I got to the pay window to pay and pick up my order I asked the person to confirm my order. The person did. When I got home I had one drumstick and the rest was all white meat. I ordered all dark meat. Perhaps KFC does not do Chicken right. At least not for me.

Has really started to streamline. Tony, the manager, really takes pride in making the store faster and faster. I work next door, and frequent this store about 1-2 times per week. It has become a lot better since he took over. Staff is very friendly

The absolute worst run restaurant Ive ever been to period. Its the only KFC in the area so my son begs me to go back since he doesnt know any better. I once waited 50 minutes for my food and they screwed up my order twice.

I only got 3 potato wedges with my 8 dollar meal and for the 3rd time in a row my macaroni was hard and old... But old food seems to be a regular thing with this place apparently... At least the chicken was ok

Strange. We go here quite a bit because its convenient, and with Taco Bell there too we can all order what wed like. Never gotten old, cold food, or an incorrect order, or a nasty team member.

Drive-thru is always exceptionally slow and the orders are more times than not incorrect but its the only KFC in the area so if Im in the mood for some fried chicken thats all I have

They got me through the drive-up fast enough, but at the cost of my 3 piece meal being magically downsized to a 2 piece. Not happy.

Its a KFC and Taco Bell. My friends prefer the KFC you but I go for the Taco Bell. Its nice to have the option though
