I ordered 120 wings for a Super Bowl party a week in advance. That day, I called to confirm the order and pay over the phone. The folks at Wings Over Providence promised to deliver them by 5:45. 6:45: The wings havent shown up yet and my guests are hungry. I decide to call Wings Over to check on my delivery status. After 5 minutes on hold, the system kicks me off. I call back. This repeats for 40 minutes. 7:25: Absolutely baffled, my partner and I get an Uber to check on the status of the wings in person. Upon arrival, we see a line of people in a similarly bewildering situation. I wait 20 minutes to pick up the wings that were supposed to be delivered 2 hours ago. The most infuriating part though was watching the telephone ring and seeing the employees immediately putting the undoubtedly flustered customers on hold until the machine hung up on them and realizing that had been me for the better part of the last hour. Also, since I had already paid over the phone, my bill included the delivery fee. 8:00: Returning as triumphant heroes, my partner and I rejoin the party with wings, only to find many of them disappointingly lukewarm. The Buffalo and Teriyaki wings were slimy and the Plain wings were rock hard (the Honey BBQ ones were actually pretty good though). I now have about 45 leftover wings nobody bothered to eat. I get that things can get busy - especially on Super Bowl Sunday. I used to work in the service industry myself and I know the stress of being behind on orders. But the complete lack of communication and common courtesy shown by the staff and management of Wings Over Providence goes far and beyond anything acceptable. I was profoundly disappointed with every aspect of the transaction and would not recommend going there to anyone.

Terrible customer service, BEST WINGS IN PROVIDENCE ARE AT PARKSIDE STEAK & WINGS at 285 park ave in Cranston, RI. Ordered twice this week at Wings Over and had to wait for my pick up order. 2nd was an 1hr 15 min wait when I was quoted 25 minutes. I asked manager to cut my bill in half for making me wait over twice as long as quoted and he said hed speak to the owner. The owner wouldnt come to the front of the store, where 10 people were in the same position as me. I was told be "the manager" that I could just leave the food or pay full price. I paid for the food because I had hungary people waiting at home. The food is ok, they skimp on the sauce after they market the sauce as "we give you enough" and charge extra for extra sauce. There are plenty of places on Thayer St and surrounding areas that have good wings at a better price. So if your a Brown student and looking for wings try other places on Thayer like Bajas Tex Mex, or Snookers Bar & Grille down the hill, or if you can make the drive for the best wings in providence at Parkside Steak & Wings.

Ive been pleasantly surprised by their boneless wings, ribs, wraps, fries and onion rings. I really like the wide variety of flavors available. I do wish theyd come up with a grilled version of their boneless wings though and more celery would be nice (especially when people specifically ask for it). The folks are always friendly in person and on the phone - even when its jumping. Theres a wide variety of non-alcoholic beverage selections. Theres a nice big screen telly there and they actually leave the remote out. One afternoon my youngest and I went in and we were able to watch cartoons instead of basketball (not that theres anything wrong with bball!). Its tasty, its local, its reasonably priced and the folks are friendly. In my book, cant beat that!

Wings ok I guess I would say BUT its a gamble!! Service definitly stinks! Waited 5 min just for girl to come out of back room to answer phone and take several orders while my order just sat on counter getting cold! Only allow 1 2oz. of blue cheese for dc 10 and the ad states it is plenty! Surely not enough!!!! Clearly depends on mood because the first time there they gave 1,the second time 2 and this time only 1 and wanted to charge for second. By the look of others reveiws as well as mine, its not the best wing place in town! Boston House of pizza on taunton ave in E.P. is much better! This wings over location is a joke!! Poor management and cashiers arent very pleasant and eat as she rings you out.

Ordered a f-16 and a small fry at 8:30. I’m in East Providence and wanted to try something new. The timing was a bit long but they were honest it was an hour. The problem came when he delivery person showed and did not have the small fry. Not his fault he was cool. I called and was told to look for the missing order of fries as if I had lost them. The worst part is the wings we got were subpar at best as they were soggy and lukewarm. I don’t think this was an experience that is common. I do think it was a lone instance of some unhappy workers. But it did happen and needs to be notated.

Okay, to start off the establishment can use some improvements. The steel, cold furniture isnt very inviting. The bathrooms were subpar and the place needs a good old clean. My friends, Ratha Lay and Sergio De Leon ordered the afterburner wings and wow. My mouth is burning. If the wings were a M.O.A.B. then my mouth is ISIS. My stomach is begging me to rescue it. I can feel the acid burning through my abdomen. The pain is slowly starting to subside. Im not sure if I will ever fully recover from this meal. Over all I would eat this again. 10/10. Would bang.

This place is a joke and ought to be shut down. The people in the back making your food do not use gloves, cooked burger patties sit directly on cardboard that is stained with chicken grease (serious issue with poultry allergies). Chicken is not cooked fresh to order, as it is stated that they do. Sauces selection is not bad and the ribs are generally good. Additionally, i have whitnessed a stack of boxes full of raw chicken spill all over the very dirty floors and then it get put back into the boxes for future sale.

The wings are fine, however despite a giant list of flavors youll notice theres little variety beyond a few base flavors. Fries are awful, but they more than make up for it with the onion rings. Seriously. Get the rings. Service? Awful. Youd think it would be difficult to screw up what is essentially take out but they manage. Slow beyond comprehension. Sometimes I swear they dont even start cooking until I stop by to pick up the order. Overall, its not going to blow your mind, but hey, Wings!

I would give this place 5 stars because they deliver, however Im giving it 4 because I purchased hot wings and I can feel my inner intestines burning as if I were in hells abyss, they should name them Satans wings instead. Chicken was delish, would come again(if Im not eating hot wings(f that)). ps, customer service was great, lady was so nice she made me want to eat more hot wings although I couldnt handle the heat, perhaps she was attempting to break the ice
