I know its a fast food place, but I expect more out of KFC, especially having been to some very good locations. The moment I walked in, the place just looked and felt dirty. After ordering, the manager was reprimanding one of the workers right at the front counter in front of us, very unprofessional. Then, one of the chicken legs we got was all jacked up and the cashier tried to give it to us. We asked for a different leg and he quickly gave us another piece of chicken, so I have to give him credit for that. But as we sat in our seats, things just felt dirty and sticky and the food was not up to par with typical KFC food. The biscuit was decent but the chicken was just sub-par. The only good thing about my meal was the Mountain Dew, which is basically impossible to mess up. I will not be returning to this KFC for a long time.

I have been here a few times this was my last today first time I sat in the drive threw from almost 10 min befor they even took my order when I went up to the window the place was freaking empty food was not so great for the wait. The 2nd time I went inside cause of what happened the first time the lady working at the register that took my order acted like she hated her job. Was rude and unhelpful ful when questions were asked. Got out food went home and 3 sandwiches were missing. Today. Decided to try it again went inside same rude lady that hates her job was working we ordered. And once again got home with 3 freaking sandwiches missing. How hard is it to read a ticket. So annoying if you cant pack bags or hate your job that much find another one quit any let someone work thats want to.....

While there for lunch there was a very irritated and angry,snippy lil cashier lady that had a line and snapped at other employees trying to help.... After about 5 min in line....not moved at all..no orders just her yelling and snapping.... Thankfully the manager i assume told her she was way outta line and to go take a 10 min break to cool off.... 3 min later the line was gone and food and orders flowed throught the store!!! Very poor Customer skills by the cashier.... Great job whoever sent her on bbq break.... She honestly needs a permanent break.... I had left the phone in my car or it would be viral now and the regional manager would be on his way for a exit interview..... But food was good!

Have been going there for over twenty years getting their chicken. They have been courteous, respectful, helpful and have a smile in their face. I can a special order for my Husband. I also want make a stateman about them removing the HOT WINGS AND THE GEORGIA GOLD WINGS BECAUSE I LIKED THEM BECAUSE U COULD THWM BETTER THAN THE REGULAR CHICKEN BECAUSE I HAD SURGERY AND I CANBITBEAT THE ORIGINAL OR CRISPY CHICKEN. SO BRING BACK THE HOT WINGS AND ME THE GEIRGIA GOLD HOT WINS ALSO.

Just went there at 9:23pm and had the menu lights shut off on me. Then I heard the girl working talking into her headset because she forgot she left it on.. and she said "how is he gonna order if he cant see the menu". It says online their open til 10pm. I guess they wanted to go home early. DONT GO HERE!

The food was good but the dining room and mens bathroom was filthy. Dining room had gum stuck to the outside of the booth, dirty tables, seats, floor, rug.. Greasy smeared prints on the glass. Mens bathroom had a dirty sink, toilet and urin on the floor. It was a very distracting atmosphere

I dont like giving bad reviews so I called to tell them that the gravy we got going through the drive thru was nothing but colored water. After ringing for several minutes....pick up...hang up... Great customer service. We will not be going back to this location again

Good food, fast service, and mostly kind staff. Occasionally there is a worker who seems to be having a bad day and in turn is snappy with the customers. Besides that it is a nice place to grab a bite to eat when you have limited time.

The service was friendly enough and the food acceptable. The floors were slippery as if they use the same mop with grease on it for too long. The front of the KFC could use a little fixing up. The appeal could use some sprucing up

This is one of the worst KFCs Ive ever been to the chicken is always greasy. If you want good KFC chicken youre going to have to go to the one on the Carlisle Pike near Mechanicsburg. All the rest of them I wouldnt bother.

The Chicken at Kentucky Fried Chicken was old and gave me and my grandparents food poisoning. If youre reading Kentucky Fried Chicken, you just lost some customers. You better fix the problem or were never coming back!
