The best thing about this place is definitely the decor. I love the 50s feel and it looks very authentic. Food was pretty good, nothing amazing. Although I was surprised at the strawberries on my crepe...they were pink not red which usually means they were frozen...kinda pathetic if you ask me. Its summer...strawberries are in season. Anyway, service was not good. They were a little short on people but it took them 5 minutes to even come and ask for our drinks and our waitress only mumbles "sorry" very awkwardly when see finally comes to our table. Took another 5-8 minutes to get our drinks as well. Food came on time though. I was just not thrilled with the service for a place that should be an experience to go. Its not as great as it looks unfortunately.

Youve got to be plum crazy to eat here. One of those places that think quanity trumps quality. Huge portions of barely edible food right from the freezer or can. Poor quality instant potatoes... Meat loaf that tasted like canned dog food smells with onions added in. Gravy that set up like jello. Pure corn starch and boulion. Roast beef reminded us of cardboard with a washed out refrigerator taste. The shame is that if this place served normal portions of fresh made food, it probably wouldnt cost them any more and it would have the potential of being good. They dont have a clue.

Ive been to Plum Crazy many times, but, my visit last night was rather disappointing. As a general rule, I get the Chicken Parmesan, with an extra piece of chicken, and a soda or tea, the bill comes to about $20.50. Not really that bad of a price. But last night, whoever cooked it, did not drain the spaghetti. Thus, there was water coming off the plate, the water made the Breading come off of the Chicken, not too good. I said something to the waitress, she said she was going to say something to the cook, but she did not. I Will Not Return!!

By far one of the worst diners I have been too. The service was terrible. There were 4 people in our party, and there was only silverware for two. When we were seated we asked for more silverware, again when drinks came and twice after our food came... Still only had two sets. Food was awful. Americian, not cheddar was used in the omlets. Oatmeal came without milk or raisins. They forgot the kids bacon. I ordered coffee and water, only got the coffee. This place was awful. Will NOT return.

Used to love this place. Went in tonight and server wasnt very friendly. Asked for my sausage well done and when it came it was barely done. I asked her to have them put it back on the grill and was informed they werent allowed to make it well done. I have never heard such a crazy thing. When I sent it back she didnt offer me anything in its place. Finally went to salt and pepper my food and both were empty. After food came we didnt not see the server until we were done.

I would tell you about the food at Plum Crazy, but I never had the chance to try it. We were told it wasnt a good place but we wanted to give it a shot. When me and my family walked in there was only one other family. When the hostess came to supposedly seat us, she told us that the place was too busy and the we need to go get our own food. We left immediately and we are obviously never going back. You are plum crazy to eat at this place

Ill be the first to admit the waitresses dont pay enough attention to their customers. Just let out a yell, it gets their attention quickly. The food is great tasting and cheap. The portions are huge and filling. I suggest going for a late breakfast or breakfast for dinner. For some reason its not as good in the morning when its crowded with elderly people. I love eating here, its definitely the best in town.

Very clean cute diner. Service was fine, she was nice and made sure we were never without drinks. She did have to come back to let us know that the soups had changed so we could place a different soup order. I had the crab cake it was ok, not great not awful. They do serve breakfast all day, and many people in the party ordered breakfast.

The hostess was not nice to us upon walking in and asking for a table, but later apologized for being short with us due to some rude customers that she had been dealing with before we came in. Portion sizes were humongous, prices were reasonable. We recommend the cherry pie with ice cream and an open faced turkey sandwich ... yummm. Enjoy!

Wish I had chosen a different place. VERY SLOW, inattentive staff. Open tables, left standing in door way, then ignored, no greeting, no list. When finally seated greater than 10 minutes before anyone even asked for drink orders. Many disgruntled customers! Will not make this mistake again. PS the coffee has almost no flavor. :-(

For the past month or so my family has been frequenting this place and the food has been good as well as the service. This morning we went in for breakfast and were sat down quickly and thats it. We sat for over 10 min, no one even looked at us for service. We ended up leaving and will not be going back.

Staff was very friendly. Prices were good. I got the cheese steak omelette. It was good, but as usual way more food that I can possibly eat in one sitting. My husband got one of their breakfast platters and loved it. Eggs, sausage, hashbrown, French toast. I would definitely go back.

My husband says they make the best shrimp salad sandwich in town. They have typical diner food but the service is usually good and the breakfasts are amazing. Usually, you get what you pay for- but here I think you get more. The prices are low and the food is pretty good.

Never had a bad meal in this wonderful diner! Always have my cup filled before I realize its getting close to needing a refill. Service is always friendly and great. Ive eaten here more than a dozen times in the past few years and never been disappointed.

I stopped here once for breakfast, that is all it takes to not go back. The food was bland and left me very unimpressed. The atmosphere was lacking and parking is nonexistent. There are really great diners out there, this is not one of them.

Although not trendy in the least the Plum Crazy Diner offers good food at a fair price. All the standard diner favorites are on the menu and breakfast is served all day. Drinking root beer with your order is a must, they make it in house!

Great diner for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Food is good and pretty quick to your table. Right off 140, across from Roy Rogers. Attached is a ice cream shop with soft serve & traditional ice cream. Try my favorite, pineapple malt shake.

Service was great. Burger & onion rings I got were not enjoyable. Wifes crab cake & steak were pretty good. Kids liked chicken strips & fries. $67 for family of 4 (4 & 13 years old) I would expect pretty good food. Not impressed.
