One of the worst places I ever been. First when I got theyre I got a room with no microwave or fridge I never got the microwave I got the fridge on the 6th day of my 7th days so I had to rely on fast food. Also you dont get a refund if your not satisfied which I wasnt like me your stuck until you checkout. Staff is horrible definitely not professional, cleaning ladies sometimes skip rooms then get upset if you ask them to do something like sheets towels or clean etc then at times want to play with you definitely not professional. Breakfast is ok but they go off a ticket which if you lose you have to pay $40 for another one when its cheaper to pay for breakfast, they give you 3 options with water if you want a soft drink with your food you have pay for that, can get noisy with the walls you can hear the next persons TV or conversation. AC/heat sometimes dont work as it should. Overall to sum it up save your money or go elsewhere this place is not worth the money they want, only want whats best for them.

My family of five has been staying and eating here at least twice a year for the last 25 years while we visit relatives in the area. Although the rooms are not elegant--indeed they need some updating--their prices were very reasonable which is why we stay there again and again. It is clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast is sufficient (especially when the kids were young) but also easily upgraded if you want more. Right on route 30, there is easy access to Hanover and Gettysburg. The bar is right off the lobby for an easy glass of wine before bed.

My daughter was married Saturday, October 8th at Cross Keys Motor Inn President banquet hall. It was beautiful, eveyone had a wonderful time. Food was delicious everyone was raving about how good everything tasted. Set up was beautiful and done exactly how we asked. Servers were very courteous and professional. Bartender was great, everyone loved her. Family stayed in motor inn over the weekend. All accommodations were met and all enjoyed their stay!! Thank you to all who made this special day/ weekend perfect!!!

Remember Cross Keys Diner in New Oxford? Last week they were out of compliance with 17 violations. They had a follow-up inspection to make sure they cleaned up and were out of compliance with 15 violations, and a lot of them were the same issues from last time. The report says the person in charge is not applying food safety in the facility. There were dried mouse droppings on various surfaces, “numerous flies” in the kitchen, and gnats around the handwash sink. This place should be shut down!

This place has BED BUGS. My friend and I got bit very bad. We went to the front desk and requested a refund and the lady working was very rude and unprofessional saying we were not going to get refunded and that its a well known problem that they have bed bugs but they cant do anything about it. We will never forget this awful experience and will not be coming back.

It still is just so cool to me to have a diner-hotel combo... I love heading over for breakfast in the morning and simply flashing my ticket from the hotel, and getting some food! My only issue is there rooms are just a bit rough in spots. A hike here and there. But I definitely would stay again if I pass through this part of PA again!

The food is good but the inside of the kitchen is nasty and the freezers and coolers are outdated and nearly never cleaned and the food is sometimes sat out and served even after already gone bad. This place should be inspected regularly and has flies and mice inside the kitchen and also violate many Heath laws.

Wow!!! just had the broiled crab cake sandwich!! Just full of lump meat and such a great price, my lunch partner had the prime burger so big and tasty!! Will definitely return...oh I forgot to mention the pumpkin cheesecake & the coconut cake is just worth the trip in for dessert & a great cup of coffee too!!

The Valentines day gift pack was great, it came with dinner for two and it also had surf and trurf for a valenties package .The steak was the best and we had no wait. A room and dinner for two anything off menu you want , and breakfastvfor two plus room all for 110.00 what a deal and D.J at bar. Loce my man.

Good food great service but the place had an odor problem... Entrywaybetween sets of doors smelled of urine,I almost didnt go in but was hungry, inside had the smell of a nursing home if that makes sense. However odd smells aside food was delicious service was excellent

Crosskeys has passed all inspections. It would appear that most violations were found in a basement kitchen that has not been used in many years. The paper alwaysakes things sound worse then it really is.

Worst chicken pot pie Ive ever had. Very dry, little to no chicken, had pastry noodles inside with little cubes of potatoes, peas and carrots. Never had one before with noodles. I do not recommend it.
