Food was made wrong. I needed a refund for my order. Ali told me that his machine was unable to do refunds over the phone. I explained I do not live close by that im 60 miles away from there. He didnt even try to apologize but instead tried to make it look like it was my fault for being cooked wrong. He said if you dont want something in your food you shouldnt even mention it when talking. I asked the lady who took my order, " Do your home fries come with onions?" She said no unless you ask for them. I said great. Can I please have Cream chipped beef over homefries with no onions but add in jalapenos. A friend picked up the order and brought it to us. Of course my meal had onions and no jalapenos. So he told me I should have not even brought up the word onion if I did not want them. So I could not eat my meal and he tried to make it look like my fault it was messed up and was unwilling to refund my card for me. He would give me a " discount " next time I wanted to order from them. Or I could drive the 60 miles back to his café for the $9 refund in store. Customer service here is 0 stars but I had to pick at least one star to write this review. I recommend to go to village green if anyone is looking for a great breakfast spot with great customer service. Stay away from here.

This place is my favorite breakfast spot in Gaithersburg. Seriously. The couple that owns the place are super nice and the husband is an excellent cook. Just polished off my delicious scrambled eggs with cheese, crispy bacon, toast, and perfect home fries. Oh and the meal comes up crazy quick. Tiny, homey atmosphere with a breakfast dining bar and a couple tables for those who prefer it. Love Olde Towne Cafe, I hope they never close.

The food is fantastic, and the people who run the place are very nice. I go there for breakfast most of the time, and the eggs are cooked perfectly to order every time. Ive also tried the burgers. They are as good as everyone says. The prices are extremely reasonable, especially given the quality and charm of the place.

Great hole in the wall breakfast and lunch place. Phenomenal freshly cooked food to order. Family owned and operated with excellent service. If we lived closer, wed be there everyday. You can watch them make your food! If your not stuffed to the brims, get the apple pie al a mode!

Wonderful place, wonderful people and the food its delicious ... Try the Ham and cheese grilled sandwich w a side of french toast and u will feel in heaven ;)
