I was there with several neighbors. I ordered a burger, fries and a drink. While others received their meals within a short period of time, including my fries. However, I did not receive the rest of my order, I waited and waited and the burger never came. I flagged the waiter and he said he would check on it. Meantime, others at my table was half way through their food. Then, I asked for a manager who took about five minutes to come over, he also left to check on it, still no burger. By this time (over an hour) everyone at the table had completed their meal. When the waiter brought the check over, I told him that I never got my meal, again he went to check on it. I told him never mind, everyone was ready to leave and to cancel my order. Lo and behold, he wanted to charge me for the fries which I gave away because I did not have the rest of my meal!!!! I was astonished, so I asked for a manager again and he did not charge for the fries. He also, offered to have a meal prepared for me to take out, I was riding with someone else and did not have time to wait. Needless to say, I never went back. POOR, POOR SERVICE!

By far . . . One of the worst dinners in a long time . . Ordered $15.50 steak salad that was quite small and had a very thin very grissly steak on it . . We also got an order if their Buffalo wings that were mushy and horrible . . The server Sammy was very inatintive and overwhelmed with 2 tables . To top things off I had a $50 VISA gift card that I chose to pay with . . . But I was informed they dont accept VISA gift cards . . . No sign anywhere stating this prior . . . The manager came to our table attempting to make every excuse he could come up with as to why he feels we were right . . . And eventually swiped the gift card . I am now not surprised at ALL . . . As to why only 4 tables in the entire facility were occupied . . . Never again . . . !!!

This place NEVER disappoints! We moved up here last year and started exploring the area, we happened to stumble upon this place. We did not have high hopes for this place but were hungry so we came in. Our 3 year old son was cranky and whiny as well. But as soon as we got in the doors we had attentive servers entertaining our son the whole time we were there. That is a huge plus, as some places frown upon a fussy kid, we had every server in there playing and entertaining our kid. Awesome! The food has been on point every time we have dined here. Steak is always cooked perfectly, and sides are tasty. This place is truly a hidden gem. Kudos to the management for training such a awesome staff, and to the cooks for putting out great food!!

I have only been there 3 times. The first time was great! Second time, the manager made us feel stupid for seating ourselves at a booth in the bar. She was nasty then the server was rude about it too. The server made a "second strike" comment about something. The third time my friends and I went I started a tab at the bar. However my friend ended up paying our bill. A few days later I noticed a charge on my card for $70.00. My friend had the same amount charged on her account. After alerting management I was told to go through my bank. All said and done I never got my money back. So, I guess the third strike is on you guys. 2 bad experiences out of 3 is not worth going back let alone the financial risk.

First off the service was great; the server was very knowledgeable about all the menu items and very attentive. The manager checked on us as well. The food however wasnt that good. My steak was good but everything else left something to be desired. For what we paid(my wife and I) I would not consider this a good value(we paid about 65, no alcoholic drinks just 2 meals and an app) . My parents who went before us said pretty much the same thing. I had high hopes for this place too.

Went in for my wifes birthday, service was terrilble/slow, food was mediocre at best. We ordered nachos as an appetizer, lots of lettuce/cheese etc but hardly any chips. We each (wife, daughter & I) ordered different dishes and none were impressed and would have gone to Red Lobster/Chillis etc over The All America Steakhouse, first and only time well be eating here.

Excellent for those times when you had everything and are ready for something new. They have a nice happy hour for burgers. Really good on the wallet. Plenty of food. Nice quality. This restraunt is a little better than Outback. Food comes out fast and its a fine place.

If you want to watch sports and shoot the breeze, the bar has huge screens. The staff is attentive but doesnt hover. My husband and I went between lunch and dinner time. Even though the place was pretty empty, the food tasted fresh and the steak prepared as ordered.

Customer service is absolutely terrible! Ghetto girl answered the phone had no idea what she was doing! my crab cake wasnt done. Tasted terrible!!!! They never put my baked potato in the box but gave me the stuff to go with it! Never ever again!

Been here a few times over the past 2 years and recently they have changed their menu and replaced the crab cakes with a lobster tail. Overall its a pretty nice place to grab a bite to eat and watch the game. Mixed Drinks could be a lot better

Food is great. Service Is good. Happy hour specials are ok. But for a place that calls itself a "sports theater" it is a huge disappointment. Monday night football and the manager wouldnt turn the sound on. We wont be back for a game ever.

This is a great place to eat. everyone was very nice from the greeter to the waiter to the manager to the staff as we were leaving the restaurant. The food was good too. The restaurant was very clean as where the bathrooms.

Was taken back by this place.. Wasnt truely expecting a 5 star dinner at a Bar... Prime rib with shrimp dinner special for 25. Was well worth the price... Would of paid more.

Great chicken rib combo good service. Hit the spot. We were from out of town and they also gave us suggestions for places to see while in town. Would recommend it.
