I walked in for the first time one day to try a sub there with my wife. We came in around 5-6pm a day in March 2017 and immediately took notice to the cleanliness of the entire store. Im reasonable when it comes to some disorganization, however this was filth. I mean greasy finger smears and bits of meat all over the stainless steel hood that covered the meats they put on the sandwiches. The handle was dirty and as they put their gloves on to help you, they lift the hood with that handle while wearing the gloves they will make your sandwich with. Awful hygiene! YUK! Then looking around more I took notice to poorly kept floors AND more prep areas that had pieces of meat near the hinges of other stainless doors. I was slowly becoming ill thinking Im going to get sick from eating here! Crumbs all over the tables, floor and a dirty drink area with a lot of trash (straw papers etc) sitting around. I even had to wipe off my own table. I almost gave up the order entirely but I was short on time and had to eat. No choice! I even bought a bag of their oatmeal chocolate chip cookies that were not so great AND most were broken or stuck together at the bottom of the bag. Another $7.00 down the drain. Just an overall bad experience, even the young girl that worked there who makes your sandwich didnt seem to care much for a smile. A tiny bit disrespectful and didnt really look like she liked her job. So, I am accurate when I reflect a single star here. Never checked the bathrooms though. Prob good I didnt. Anyway, there are other sub shops around that toast their subs and are much cleaner and happier to help. I wouldnt waste time or money here. ##### A QUICK NOTE: Food poisoning is a horrible thing to endure (vomiting, dangerous cramps, dry heaves and often blood in stool) and can be deadly! I once had it from a poorly prepared egg salad sandwich from Taney Town Deli and was in the hospital for a day. PLEASE choose your places wisely and be careful.

I really hate to give a Potbelly just 3 stars, but I cant go higher. We went for dinner. Service was average. Food was average (actually, below-average to average). Restaurant itself was average. Weve been going to Potbellies for years and have always really liked them. But this one, at this time, was absolutely average. Nothing terrible, but definitely nothing great. We probably wont be going to this location again. Perhaps another one nearby.

The sandwiches are nicely packed with meat, as opposed to other sub shops (like Subway) who give you four thin slices with more bread than anything else. Service is fast and kind, and the cookies are out of this world, especially if you ask them to put it through the sandwich oven. Prices are mostly on par with other sandwich chains, but the sandwich are way more satisfying. Location is convenient as well.

Potbelly sandwich shops are always nice for a casual dining place. This one is a bit small but had outdoor seating which makes up for the small floor space. This location really shines because of the staff. They are fast and friendly and can handle the lunch rush with no problems. There is even an amazing guitarist that frequently plays here. Among casual sandwich shops, this is as good as it gets.

First, let me state that I am a fan of these sandwiches, mainly the wreck. Service as of late has been worse than piss poor. They dont seem to listen to what Im ordering. Two consecutive occasions. I just want a wreck. So dont give me a god damn Italian. I have never ordered any other sandwich for myself. Just the wreck. Get it right. Im hungry. Now Im hungry and pissed.

this location is a little cramped and seating can be limited at times. However, the food is always good, and there are plenty of options. Though every time I come, they feel like they are understaffed, as the every staff member seems to be multi-tasking between making orders and other stuff. Which causes some annoying wait times.

Im pretty sure the Oatmeal Chocolate chip cookies have crack in them... Theres no other explanation for why theyre so good or addictive! Beyond that, theres no real way to go wrong here. Great sandwiches, great prices, great service! Bonus points: mini cookies on the straw of your milkshake!

Poor customer service. Had a large lunch order to call in and the person taking the order was complaining about holding for us to get an order correct. Had issues previously when we placed a large order and they forgot something and that order was placed online. Terrible.

No paper towels in bathroom. Tables were messy. It was not busy (only one other customer) and even after 1/2 hour no one wiped tables. Food was okay. Staff was friendly. Food okay. Sad as we visit Pot Belly in IL and much different experience.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. At first glance you cannot tell who is in charge because they work as a team. I came shortly after opening and did not expect this much positivity. Excellent!

Compared to other sub places, I think Potbellys is slightly cheaper. But dont let that fool you, they still make great subs. My favorite part is how they slice their vegetables super thin.

Big fan of everything here! The location has easy parking and is rarely crowded. Nice staff. Didnt have the soup I ordered one night and they gave me a free sandwich coupon.
