ABSOLUTELY RUDE STAFF. TRIED CALLING NUMEROUS TIMES. SOMEONE WOULD PICK UP THE PHONE AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I ASKED TO MAKE AN ORDER FOR CARRY OUT. WHEN THEY WOULD PICK UP THE PHONE THEY WOULD LEAVE IT OFF THE HOOK. NO ONE WOULD ANSWER AND WHEN I WOULD TRY CALLING BACK THE PHONE WOULD STILL BE OFF THE HOOK SO IT WOULD GIVE A BUSY SIGNAL. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

Great food, fair prices and attentive staff. La tolteca is the best Mexican restaurant in the area. They were very accommodating for toddler. The server was friendly, got our order correct and checked on us frequently. The manager was also attentive and did several table checks while we were there. Highly recommend!

The food is the bes! Im here very often with my friends & family for the last 5 years. I have tried almost everything on menu and its been fantastic. Customer service is excellent as well. If there is a bad review, its definitely a customer personal issue not the restaurant.

This has to be one of the best lunches I have had in quite some time. Food was amazing and quick. Prices were amazing as was the service. So glad we opted to eat here. Well worth the trip here! I am pretty sure this just became a regular place for me to eat!

Definitely my go to when we want Mexican. Have tried several others from White Plains all the way down to Mechanicsville and lets just say I was disappointed at every one of them I will never stray again and will continue to always come back here
