I ordered a chicken QUESADILLA....I moved further down the line only to be GREETED by ROACHES. They tried to say it was actually piece of meat until it started moving. Not only was it one roach, it was a whole family....and to top it off they still tried to offer me my food...WTF!!!!

Chipotle is known for food thats more ethically sourced than most. The food is yummy and this particular location surprised me as one that serves alcohol as well (!). Never seen that one before and if youre an adult who enjoys adult beverages then this may also be the move for you.

The chicken had a bitter taste, the fajita was over cooked, the brown rice was under cooked and everthing tasted bland. The tables are dirty and every time the door opens its freezing. The last time I came here is many years ago. I forgot nothing hasnt changed. Sad face

I visit every few months. Today at noon I ordered a bowl along with some chips and guac. Made it almost to the door when the cashier came running up to me -- the guac hadnt made it into my bag and he caught me before I found out the hard way. Thats service.

During weekdays its not very crowded about half the time, which makes for fast lines. That said, staffing fluctuates widely: some dont add a lot of meat (ask and they will usually add a little more); some dont keep up with food components running low.

Normally the food is usually good but this time it was very little hot sauce on my burrito and the chicken didnt look cooked correctly , and the rice was hard I work at another chipotle location and Ive never tasted chipotle so bad before

Great places for teenagers like me lines long bhut the chefs move lyk they can read yur mind!!!!! The food is sooooooooo gudd u can die for them especially the burritos and bowls (chicken & Barbaocoa). they r the best period

Its a chipotle lol, same experience youd expect from other chipotles. There always seems to be a line but it moves quickly. Good amount of seats inside and a couple of tables outside for when the weathers nice.

In the popular Silver Spring area this location is very busy, but the service is quick, and parking is a blessing at free for a pick up, or less than $1 if you want eat at the location.
