Do not eat at this hooters we got our drinks after sitting there 10 minutes in the restaurant and we put our order in for our food and sat there almost a hour and a half before receiving our food. We finished a whole beverage before receiving our food Chirsty was a terrible server with a poor attitude and slow service. We really wanted to walk out on the check but god dnt like ugly and thats just how bad the service was. I plan on calling the Gm and reporting this matter. my husband ordered boneless buffalo wings she bought out bone in wings and forgot his ranch dressing it took her 30 minutes to bring out our receipt 15 minutes for our to go boxes. We will never eat there again christy had quite a few people complain about her service as well as leave for the long wait. If I could have left a review without rating any stars I would have done so

My family and friends came here after a baseball game last month. They were understaffed per our waitress. The food was under seasoned which the waitress told me it had been happening all day. Myself, husband, sister, my son and two friends all got food poisoning. I mean sick like jump out the car to vomit. We all had different types of chicken might I add. I called and told the shift manager and was informed that the GM would call me. He never did. Called a couple days later and was told he would call me at my time of choice that never happened. So dont eat at the Hooters in Waldorf because the GM cant make a simple call to see what is going on with his store. Very disappointed and I have been telling everyone about my experience.

I am a frequent Hooters Customer like literally. My family and I frequent Hooters every week sometimes 3 times a week! We have favorite servers and Manager. The manager Brian is the best ever, he always make sure he is interacting with the customers and kitchen staff to ensure the customer food is Awesome when received. Taryn and Chanel is our favorite servers. These two Ladies are well prepared for their tables, you have everything you need without asking and in a timely manner. Am cook is Awesome is well I never got his name. Love Hooters

this is the worst excuse for a restaurant that i have ever seen. The service was awful. All I wanted was to pick up an order of wings, I called ahead and ordered, I arrived and went to pick them up at the bar and paid the bar tender and then had to wait for 45 minutes for an order that they didnt even get right. 30 of those 45 minutes I could see my order, ready to go, right behind the bar. This was the absolute worst service that I have ever seen. If I could give them less than 1 stars I would!

Dont expect much "Hooters" when you go here. Food is lack luster and service can be slow because the girls have their favorite customers and getting them to peel away from them for something is like pulling teeth. Not to mention, last year, a retired DC cop was eating here and stabbed a guy that was passing through behind the building. Then, he went back inside, cleaned his hands and blade in the bathroom and continued eating... WTF! Crime is on the rise in Waldorf.

Great environment to go to after work with good food and beautiful staff but I felt awkward a few times because there was no host/hostess too greet me and seat me so I just walked in and sat myself at the bar then the bartender said I cant just sit there it was an honest mistake and wasnt any hard feelings and I should of read the sign but in my defense If I walk into an establishment with no one there to service me please excuse when I seat myself

I dont ever write reviews but tonight was a topper. after asking for my bill several times i seen i was charged for drinks my friends were paying for and they were charged for the same drinks. So it seems if they think your drunk they over charge you and when i paid i didnt recieve any change. Ill be returning to a hooters just not that one. So if your there watch your bill.

Burger was like a hockey puck. Waited over an hour for food, 30 minutes for drinks. When our food finally did come out, it was brought in stages over 15 minutes. Wings were cold. Our last order of wings was brought out in a to-go box? Waitress was nonchalant and oblivious. Will never go back, save your TIME and money and avoid at all costs!

Okay 1st this place was over crowded, so I went up front to place my order by the to-go door. The three blonde girls just stared at me with snarls, like they had attitudes. I placed my order with the one that stayed. And waited well over a hour for my meal. Not to mention it was incredibly greasy. I will never go back there again.

Worst services ever! Waited a half hour before a waitress even took our drink order. Then it took another hour to get our food which came out in piece meal with multiple errors. My son took 2 bites of his chicken sandwich and then went to the bathroom 10 min later and threw it all up. 2 hrs of waisted time and money. Never going back.

It was awhile back in april of this year when I had one waitress. I believe her name was karina? or corina. She gave absolute professionalism and was very sincere, out of the times I have been there before I had rude and snobby waitresses and I recommend that your company chooses who to hire girls with better attitudes

Been over an hour now waiting on wings and shrimp....I dont understand it. Took the waitress 10 min to wait on us for drinks so we ordered good at the same time. Yup Im still waiting for the food, 2 pitchers of beer down only 3 peeps drinking. Never again, Ill get my wings from now on from Buffalo Wild Wings :)

Customer service is terrible. Ive fell in love with the Hooter wings while in school up north, so when I moved back home I started to become somewhat of a regular at hooters togo. But it seem as though they mess my order up every time with lame excuses like high volume, new sauce gradient, etc.

First time at Hooters I went during lunch time. I heard about Hooters especially there wings and the waiters, and its all true (laughing) There wings are nice size and juicy with their shrimp. Their serve was nice. I did not take nothing home thats how good it was This is a yes place to go to

The worst customer service I ever experienced at Hooters. Maybe 4 customers in the entire resturant when we arrived. After 20-30 mins of waiting, no one made an attempt to take our drink/food order. 3-5 waitresses standing around talking/dancing. Did not have a chance to experience the food.

No ice for our drinks so everything was room temperature. No bottled water. And the manager turned down our request of being compensated with an order of fried pickles. He had his server come and relay the message. Horrible customer service, will definitely never stop here again.

I made an online order of 20 wings for the USA soccer game. I get there only to discover the order never went through. The place smelled like beer and piss. It looked and felt dirty. I was very unhappy with my experience. Needless to say they wont be seeing my business anymore.
