Note: this review is only of the shake that I received here. I have tried the Oreo shake at many different Potbellys, and this place, by far, had the worst shake. I have always gotten a thick and creamy shake with chunks of Oreos, and its terrible for your health, but I love it anyhow. Unfortunately, the shake that I got here did not include the mini Oreos on the lid (but not a big deal), and the shake itself was a liquidy mess and the Oreos were blended so finely that there were no discernible chunks. It was basically an Oreo-flavored chocolate milk. I was very disappointed Ill admit that I havent gotten the sandwiches here, and Im going to assume that the sandwiches are the same at any other Potbellys, but whats the point of getting the sandwich without the shake?

The service here is so terrible! This weird, chunky looking (i want to say Asian but i could be wrong)fellow behind the service line called me a b1tch one time, in front of some of my friends. Just out of no where this employee, after wrapping my sandwich looked over at me and decided i was a b1tch. It didnt really bug me per say, i understand that some people are jack@$$es, but jeeeeez. Now everytime im in dtss and need a sandwich, im forced to go to Panera. Lame, but id rather not have some d1ck make my food. POTBELLYs in general is totally yummy though. There is two in CP with awesome service and food

The foods always great.. but one time I ordered my fave Chicken salad sandwich which is always stellar!! ..And I noticed my sandwich was a bit mayo-ey than usual. I like mayo..but no more than necessary. About an hr after eating that sandwich I blew chunx!!! Every piece of that sandwich had to goooo. *grose..I know* But since that..I havent returned. :< Fearful of it happening again...and I would order the same thing...its the only thing I go to Potbellys for! Aaahhhhh I miss the chicken salad so muchh. :,(

Ive picked up food with coworkers here constantly for over a year now. The new manager, John, has really turned the place around! He has fantastic customer service! I accidentally called the wrong location to place a pick up order and he was so helpful! He let the other store manager know AND got my pick up order of 3 salads ready in record time with fresh croutons! Ill definitely be coming back!

I love sandwiches! And Potbellys makes sandwiches that I love! Some tips: 1. Get the Bigs (you get more sammich!). 2. Toast your bread please. 3. On a diet? Get wheat bread, turkey breast, and skip the cheese and mayo. 4. Going to see a movie? Order a sandwich and you can buy an $8 movie ticket at Regals (at this location at least). Follow these tips and feel free to leave a dolla tip.

The service are worried about talking to friends that come and see them than the actual customer. Kids are lighting up matches and burning napkins. Management not saying anything. Order a sandwich with specifically requesting no onions and the person making it was so busy talking to friend that added onions to the sandwich.

When I walked up to order in line the woman would not even acknowledge my presence. Every person doing sandwich preparation was rude! After all of that the sandwiches were not even prepared as I ordered them. Horrible food! Horrible service! Potbelly Silver Spring has gone down.

As I eat my meal the workers are playing about and goofing off theyre loud and disruptive and it seems as if the authority entertains it my sandwich had to be made twice because even the assembly girl thought it looked a little bit odd. They dont put passion into their job

I rate it higher than the likes of Chipotle, Noodles & Company, and Panera all of which are excellent. Ordering online recommended as the line can get held up at times. However it is inconsistent whether your order will be made within the time frame you choose.

I love the sandwiches from Potbellys but it seems that that all have a low customer service standard. This one was no different. Dont bother asking questions because they will just ignore you and look at the next customer or mumble under thier breath.
