This location has been opened for at least a year now and I have yet to get a properly rolled burrito. Everything spills out the side and then the foil still has open ends so I spills out eveyywhere. I have asked to let me roll it and they have a false sense of confidence that they know what they are doing so they never let me. I received a buy one get one free coupon last time I visited becuase it was a terrible roll job. This time was even worse and the burrito was cold when I got home, less than 5 minutes later. Its unfortunate this location is perpetually getting worse and worse being so close to home. Ill be going to Qdoba from now on.

I would rather not give this place any stars, but I cant. Dont get me wrong. I love Chipotle. I love the cilantro and lemon in the rice. I also love MEAT. That is something they dont feel very comfortable giving you. I think Mr. Gauge ears gave me like two table spoons full. Are you kidding me? Really? I think the district manager for Chipotle needs to get down there and make a few personnel changes. Honestly, this one simple act of cheap, unbridled greed is what gives this franchise a black eye(notwithstanding the bacteria). This is a brand new location. I think Chipotle should document this behavior as to how NOT to open a store.

Ive eaten at a lot of Chipotles and I guess the fact they are so consistent from one place to another is a good sign. Now that we have a Chipotle in Eldersburg its become one of those bi-weekly stops. I like the bowls as much as the burritos and the fact you can specify what you want mixed in and watch it happen is nice. I also like that they have the bottles of hot sauce available so you can spice it up as much as you like.

Im a big Chipotle fan, just not of this one. Every time I go there, I wind up getting a terrible stomachache after I eat. I dont know if it is the way they cook their food or what, but it is sickening. Not to mention they cheat you on the portion sizes. Other locations give you a good size portion. Youre better off traveling to Columbia to get Chipotle then this one.

I usually order online, so as far as the service goes, its a fast food restaurant...not sure why people are expecting red carpet treatment from what is essentially equivalent to McDonalds or Burger King. That being said, I do consistently see smaller than normal proportions compared against other locations.

I LOVE THIS CHIPOTLE !!! This site the veggies were fresh!! The meat wasnt dried up and had Flavour!! The servers were very polite and helpful with food selections. The staff personality really help make my day . KUDOS!!! Have already passed the good word about THIS. Family and Friends will be visiting.

The service here is terrible- wrong orders have been filled, the attitudes of the employees has been poor, theyve messed up wrapping burritos, and theyve put the wrong ingredients into orders and not offered to fix their mistakes. I will NOT be returning to this Chipotle location.

Although there is some good staff that works here %80 of the employees are rude and have a very bad attitude. The managers dont care and their attitude is just as bad. I will never visit this location again.
