As a customer I have never in my life been so disappointed in the service that I received from them today June 12th 2017 as I walked in I noticed that one of the sandwich makers had no hat on the other one had a hat on but turned backwards as the young man went to assemble my sandwich I asked could I get extra meat he informed me that it would be an extra dollar and fifty cents which I was already notified by the manager that the cost for extra meat would be $1.50 after the sandwich was assembled he then turns his back towards me and Whispers to the manager that she has extra meat which I thought was was very rude to turn your back on a customer as if I was going to lie to the cashier about what my sandwich has on it or doesnt have on it that really offended me never again will I go there unless its a cold day and hell and all the restaurants are shut down and there is no else to eat to go poor service

Poor customer service. We just got home and checked our subs and realized one was wrong. We had a piece of bread with 2 pieces of bacon on it and nothing else and were charged $3.75. Accidents happen and thats understandable but when we called, the woman who answered said she knew she made every sub just as she was asked and that if there was a problem we could drive back up there or call in the morning to speak to a manager because they know they did them correctly. There was no apology and she came across very rude. Check your food before you leave if you choose this location.

Horrible customer service. When the workers friends and families come in they get whatever they want and walk out door without paying. All employees are related to each. Looking for owners contact info so this can be reported! Time for new manager/workers!

Good choices, decent interior decorations and setup. The staff isnt the most professional and theyll overload your sub with toppings even when you ask for a small amount. Overall, pretty good place to eat for fast food.

Sunday mornings is the best time for me. . Walk in and the lady knows what I want without asking. If I could rate it in her alone it would be 5 stars but the rest of the workers could learn from her. ..
