We have visited this location on many occasions and were pleased however, this experience left a terrible memory in our minds! Our father requested to go here for dinner for his birthday a few Sundays ago, we called ahead and let them know that we would be there around 6-6:30 for a table of 10. We arrived early, and were not seated until 7:15. We looked past this and were excited for everyone to enjoy endless shrimp. Our ENITRE TABLE minus two of the kids ordered endless shrimp, thats a huge tab for our server, plus drinks. We sat for over 10 minutes without being greeted. Our drink order was taken but then our server was switched without explanation. Our order took over 1hr to arrive and we each got 2 refills that took 1/2 hr a piece!!! We ended our dinner without further food, without dessert for our father. We made it a point to tell 3 different people it was his birthday and no one did anything special for him, they were singing happy birthday to a customer when we were seated so we knew that they would do it. No one came to apologize for the wait. Closing time isnt until 10 on Sundays but we left at 9 o clock, tired, some of us still hungry and utterly disappointed. Our entire evening was wasted away and thats a birthday my dad can never get back. So very disappointed that a popular chain restaurant would allow this time of thing to happen during one of their most popular promotional times.

I order the large Shrimp Linguini Alfredo and the waitress brought me Shrimp Macaroni Alfredo. The waitress said they were out of Linguini. I would understand if was at 10:45 because they close at 11pm. But it was 9pm. The meals are $20.00 each. I asked for the Manager and told her it not the same I wanted what I order. She said that she would make some more Alfredo but I had to wait .... I already wait to long for the 1st try . I told the Manager that I was leaving and offered to pay for my salads . I should have known better when I walk in and saw the Hostess laying down on the bench and I mean Laying Down with her eyes close like she was taking a nap. Britany my waitress was the only good thing about my visit at the Red Lobster tonight. She was doing her job. But the kitchen help is the worst. It not that hard people to cook linguini SMH......

Hello to all!!! Just want to thank the staff of the Hanover pa Red lobster,Gets a 5 star rating due to the fact of how nice they are and very attentive... Olivia was our waitress and she is one top shelf person ... we ordered and she brought our food out and my lobster wasnt finished from the kitchen yet .. which wasnt no big deal cuz I ordered Ultimate Feast .. there were plenty of out her stuff to enjoy ... then a little time goes by and the Manager Micheal brings me my lobster tail and says he was sorry for the wait gives us .. a discount on our meal and brings me more crab legs ... Im like sweet!!!! I wasnt even mad ... just want to say thanks for making me and my wifes Anniversary dinner so nice .... IF your in Hanover and are cravin seafood go to the Red Lobster... great people and great food !!!!!!

I am not a seafood eater but enjoy going to the Hanover Red Lobster because the service is excellent the atmosphere is really nice (clean and cozy), and even though I dont order seafood, my food is still good. My husband and older sons are big seafood eaters and are always happy with the snow crab legs and other entrees. My younger son is like me and ends up with a kids meal of mac and cheese or chicken fingers and is always happy with what he gets. Our bill i usually pretty high but snow crab legs arent cheap anywhere so thats not surprising...

Waitress was a complete mess. Potatoes rock hard could have used for golf balls. Waitress forgot butter for lobster. When she finally brought it out, Butter dish was cracked and leaked all over table thru seam on table on to guests pants. Waitress did not adjust bill...not one penny. Really. Manager did offer dry clean... But guest was visiting from out of state and declined. Worst Red Lobster experience ever... Not happy!!!

We called ahead for seating, when arrived the lobby was very full/busy. Others walked in after us and we took the device that vibrates when your table is ready, when our device went off we were the last to be seated. That was disappointing, but all things after that were great.

Gets 2 stars for good service but food was terrible and famous biscuits were hard and stale. Garlic shrimp was over cooked and dry lobster bisque tasted like canned condensed and not mixed. First time I ever had a bad experience here at this Red Lobster location

I eat a high fat and protein low carb diet...so when I go my favorite,meal is pick three...I get scampi all three...broccoli...and salad no croton Bleu cheese dressing...I dump the scampi on broccoli so to get butter and garlic on it as well...delicious

Food wasnt as good as other Red Lobsters. Vegetables were undercooked. Crab legs were too watery, that took away from the flavor. Biscuits werent as flavorful as the should be. Took too long to get main entrees, and they were not busy!

Our orders were delivered quickly and the food was very delicious. Our waitress name was Kay; she was attentive, entertaining, friendly, and she knew her stuff. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.

We had to wait 2 hours and once we were seated our food came out so fast they rushed us out the door we didnt even get a chance to consider a desert the waiter had our check before we ate our dinner ridiculous

It is a chain restaurant. Nothing "wow" about it. Food is consistent with other stores. Wait staff is nice. On our last visit it took a long time for our food to arrive.
