At times, and for some food items, this is not a bad Taco Bell. It is open 24/7 as of about April 2010, but considering the treatment I have received at this Taco Bell, I won't be back. This is a "neighborhood in transition" and in my humble opinion, the drive-thru servers I have encountered there in recent years -- it kept getting worse all of the time -- were "gang like" and openly racist. If you're just in a hurry for some fast food and you were passing through late at night, this isn't too bad. If you live in the neighborhood and the gangsta teen cliques think it would be better if you moved out of town because you can't even get respected at a drive-thru, this is one of the places they own.

There was a big line of cars through out the street and when we got to the window which took us about 47 minutes (yes we were counting) the employees were just goofing around throwing stuff at each other we peeped the horn because we were waiting another 15 minutes and the drive thru cashier just looked at us and she wouldnt even come to the window then we politely ask to speak to the manager Sam or who ever he was and he was being rude and didnt even speak to the employees he just said he couldnt do nothing about it and we had to wait another 15 minutes now this was ridiculous we had to wait over an hour to just get 5 cheesy fiesta potatoes smh

Driving by this shopping center because we were driving here and back to PA late at night to drop someone off for a sport competition and my fiance really needed to use the bathroom to take care of that time of the month. As a worker was walking to leave we asked if she could use their bathroom just real quick and the cook behind her started literally screaming to not let us in regardless of my fiancé begging. We were even going to buy food on our way out at the late night drive thru.

I waited for 16 minutes , dine-in, and so did the people in front of me. Sunday Afternoon, 2 pm. Not rush hour. Workers were busy, but production was slow. Dont go unless you have 10-20 minutes of free time that you dont need. Tired of reading replies by Managers, trying to deflect fault. Just tell us what is wrong, we will respect the truth better that excuses to save your job.

I have been in the drive through since 7:25pm on a Sunday. It is now 8:10 and I still havent even gotten to the window to pay (still one car in front of me). There were 3 cars ahead of me when I got here. There also werent many people inside. IT ISNT WORTH IT! This is not FAST food.

I was in a rush for fast food, and was literally waiting at the drive thru for 10 minutes. My fruitista was melted, my supreme "beef" chulupa had barely any meat in it. The drive thru cashiers were rushing me to take my food and hurry. In my opinion, bad service. Never again!

One of the best Taco Bells of the area. Excellent service, fast and tasty food. The tacos and burritos are made with care, full of fresh ingredients. Great! (Waaaay better than the Wheaton Taco Bell, easily the worst of the Silver Spring Area).

Monday 8-9 pm....Run away!....Horrible!!...20 min in the drive thru...and no order!.... walk in.... and other 20 min, just for 2 chalupas and 1 crunchy taco..... lobby, the cashier walk 2 time for smoke......no lleguen, terrrrrrible el servicio

I came here once and I went in the drive thru and try the guy who served me had a very nasty attitude. When he gave me my drink, I asked for a cup of water, and when I got the cup, it had water but with fizz in it. I was so mad!
