We stopped in for a quick bagel (oh Im sorry, squagel) with avocado. We waited for 10 minutes after we ordered before a worker came out from the back and had to ask us our order again. Seemed odd but whatever at least we would get the right sandwich. Wrong. 15 minutes after we ordered (it was just a squagel with advocado!) we got our bagels....without avocado. This will be our first and last experience with Cosi.

Staff was nice but poor business ethics from the owner. My almost $10 kale salad was basically a head of Romain chopped up with sprinkles of the toppings. I asked for it remade and they hesitantly remade. Produce was lower quality so if youre looking for something filling be willing to spend $14 like I did for a full salad and half sandwich.

Cosi has some nice lunch items with interesting combos for salads and sandwiches however this location is not as good as the one in Old Town when I worked near there several years ago. It seems to be a bit disorganized and the food quality doesnt seem as good which is unfortunate. I am a big fan of their signature salad. Super yummy.

This used to be my fave place to eat, but when the new manager came things changed. I miss Rob in the mornings, he was always welcoming and very nice! Today I went in and was excited to see Josh! I wish he opened every morning! Hes very welcoming!

Anytime after 5 it takes over 10+ minutes to get your order when there are barely any customers. After a long wait I was given a refund because they hadnt started my order and forgot to mention that they ran out of bread.

Its Cosi, no different from the others in Arlington. I have had less issues with this one than some of the others. they seem to have a better crew and fewer screw ups on orders and get food out pretty quick.

Terrible service, I felt bad because they only had 3 people working there, but took over half an hour to get a lunch and I was on a time constraint in between classes. I do not plan on going there again.

Tend to be attentive, and clean. The ticket times can be a little slow at times but otherwise a decent place. Before you get the lemonade, look up into the spout, make sure its clean.

The chicken lime salad is delicious! The chicken pesto sandwich is so tasty! Only reason they dont get 5 stars is high price and the sides are lame (only chips or carrots)
