Si les gustan las pupusas quemadas y mala atencion al cliente vallan a la pansa llena en white oak shopping center. Karina fue la mesera. Me da rabia saber que personas asi tengan trabajo, personas sin modales. Pero mas rabia me da que los dueños no les enseñen que el cliente siempre tiene la razon. Muy pronto van a recivir una visita del departamento de salud y higiene por que lo que venden no es comida.

Very tasty food! I got the Presidente combo and the salmon tacos. Both are great. Beer is cheap (I think $3!?) Chips are warm and salsa mild-ish, the way I like it. One can always add more heat. Chunks of onion and tomato! YUM! Atmosphere is odd with crookedly mounted candelabras and pictures and some horseshoes...? There is a small bar in back to sit and get cocktails or Modelo on draft and watch Spanish TV programming. Or there is a carry out in the back with pollo a la brasa style chicken. White Oak Shopping Center - If you are next to a Sears, youre there!

Terrible!! Today for the first time between (April 26, 2017) the person attending the box and orders, I take my order ... while the kitchen boy preparing my order, another lady preparing quesadillas for someone else, " she manipulated the tortilla with gloves, but also played containers, refrigerator and everything around it with the same gloves, not only that, when I decided to just pay a soda, she took the money, with the same gloves gave me change and he returned to play and finish cooking the tortillas with the same gloves "

Ive held off writing a review because I hate when people write things out of anger. But for carry-out this place cant seem to get it together. Its the 3rd time I call in an order and when I arrive its not ready. Mind you, Im not ordering some long complicated order, 2 pupusas and its for the early afternoon, 4pm-ish, they arent horribly busy the times Ive come to pick up my order. Its just a little annoying....after 25 mins the order hasnt even been seen by the cook and as I stated before, it has happened 3 times in a row now.

Today me and friends were tryna go eat & have a good time but it turns out that the service is really bad the lady wasnt quick to attend us. She attended other people and as soon as she was done attending another people she attended us at last, we had told her that we were leaving because she took to long and she threw the tray back and gave us an attitude with looks. I called the manager and told her what had happened, he didnt seem to do much & she acted like she didnt care. I was really disappointed I will never go back again.

Bad bad choice for our Xmas lunch out. There were no many people in hte restaurant. We waited for more than 40 mins to have our food. The food was below average. Asked for refill of the corn chips for five times and waited for more than 30 mins to get them. Waitress are very cold to customers and seem dont quite understand English. Do not go.

They need to teach their staff some basic customer service skills. When they first opened I really enjoyed going their but things have declined over time along with their food. Now I drive further patronize another restaurant with better food and service.
