The food and the sushi were great. But when one of the guests at the table ordered a chicken dish. The chicken was very undercocoked, was only fat, and could not be cut into. When she asked to get new chicken the man that was ordering around said he could do nothing about the chicken and that it was that way when it came from Perdue. This was the dummest tal tale that I had ever heard of. Also I felt bad for the waittress who had to beo ordered around by this man on the 25 of December 2011. The restraunt seemed to not care that there were two men that decided to use the mens restroom in the building to smoke MARIJUANA. When I went into the restroom one of the guys was washing his hands and could not stop yelling. Then the men went back to the bar and the entire staff ignored what was happeing. This restraunt was a hughe disappointment for me and I will never be returing to this horrible awful restraunt. The waitress seemed to be able to get every order right. But for hm to tell a TALL TALE BY SAYING THE RESTRAUNT HAD NO CONTROL ON HOW THE CHINCKEN WAS COOKED IS JUST THE WORST THING I HAVE EVER HEARD. They will probably end up giving this awful meal to someone else. This restraunt should not even be in business.

All around horrible experience. Ordered take out: Hunan beef, two egg rolls, and sweet and sour chicken. On time the delivery boy came and delivered the hunan beef, and chicken for the sweet and sour chicken however no sauce was included, nor were our egg rolls there. Unable to properly eat my meal, I called back and explained it to the girl on the phone, and she said she would sent the delivery boy back. When he came back he only brought the egg rolls. Extremely frustrated, I called back again and asked to speak with a manager. He wasnt there of course so I left my name and number, and this is about a month after the fact, I havent received a call back. We used to go there all the time, not anymore!

Food was barely warm and did not taste or appear fresh. Dinner did not nclude any egg rolls or soup. Sweet and sour chicken came in a container with the sauce separate; if its a dish with sauce, both should be together in the same container. Thete was not enough green pepper, no onions, and very little pineapple. I was charged $1 for extra sauce. The web site gives no details, and neither does the menu. It is highly unlikely that I will be a repeat customer. The girl at the register was polite.

Unfortunately very bad experience. We drove from ocean City and reached at the restaurant at 9:20pm. They (white American lady at reception) did not let us enter and told us that the restaurant closes at 10 pm. I mentioned you still have 40 mins but their attitude was repulsive. I am sure reception lady was just a worker there. The owner reads this comment/ feedback and realize how he is losing business. They need to be more customers focused.

Got delivery and they forgot to deliver the sweet and sour sauce that goes with the sweet and sour chicken and an egg roll. When I called to tell them their mistake, I was told "thats strange. It will be over an hour to deliver the egg roll and sauce. We have a lot of deliveries tonight." Dang, it took an hour for the first delivery.

While I agree the food does taste better than any other Chinese place Ive tried in Salisbury, I do have cause for concern. One time an order of steamed dumplings had a piece of cellophane INSIDE one of the dumplings. On another order I found a small piece of brown glass in my lo mein.

Hunan Palace has the BEST sushi on the eastern shore. Whenever I am near it, I make sure to stop by and pick some up. They remodeled the interior recently and it looks great! service and quality are always superb! Highly recommend.

The staff knows me by name. Sushi is generous and flavorful, the sashimi is fresh and the presentation is great whether you eat in or take out. Their chinese food is the best I have had on the Delmarva Peninsula.

Atmosphere is really nice. Food is what youd expect for a typical Chinese restaurant. Nothing over the top in terms of quality but good Chinese food. Was happy with my meal and the portion too

Love their food! General Tsos Chicken is their specialty, as its probably the best Ive had anywhere. They have a great variety of drinks, beautifully plated sushi and delicious desserts.
