I have dined and gotten carry-out from them several times and enjoyed the food immensely.However on Labor Day I went there to order 3 standards to go. There were two employees covering the front and on phones when I arrived. I was told that they would be right with me. One person left and the phone rang and the other person picked up and proceeded to take another order leaving me waiting. This was alright with me. However when the person was finished and turned her attention to me I gave her my order and instead of repeating it back to me she blurted out this discourse regarding the differences between Lo Mein and Chow Mein. I replied "Thank You for the education I am 60 years old and know what I ordered.- whats important is that you know." which she shot back that I was rude. and got even snottier after that. I asked to speak to the Manager which she replied she WAS the Manager. I decided at that point I would just go someplace else. I had to settle for inferior food.which was my loss. The behavior of this Hostess and her front end skills are a detriment to a fine reliable enterprise. I cannot remember ever being talked down to by somebody there to serve the customer. I am following this review up with a conversation with the Restaurants Owner .. having once owned a Restaurant I would have wanted to know about a poorly mannered, self indulgent Hostess working the front of my place.

I chose this place on a recommendation from a friend. I ordered over the phone, and picked it up. I got the General Tsos and Mo Po Tofu with egg rolls and crab rangoons. Simply put, everything was delicious. Total for everything was $26, which is not bad for all the food we got. Ill keep going back, even though its a 20 minute drive from where I live.

Waitress couldnt answer any questions, and forgot half of our food. What food she did bring out was absolutely awful. Sushi was falling apart, lo mein had undercooked vegetables in it. This is my first and last time at Lucky Star. Worst restaurant in the Salisbury area.

Great food! Loved the Vegetarian Fried Rice and Fried Tofu w/Veggies, Spring Rolls are made different than used to but very tasty. Mmmm. Staff very friendly. Decor upscale.

Our meals are usually great but today the shrimp and broccoli was not that good.. The shrimp was overcooked . They only charged me for the broccoli. I do recommend them.
