i had been getting my food from china wok for a few years an never had a problem as much as 1 to 2 a week an it was always fresh an steaming hot when it got delivered,well now the bad part i had ordered from them on 8-13-11 at 6:07 pm an at 7:10 pm i recieved my food an payed the 21 dollars plus 3 dollar tip to come to lansford an my food was cold i could stick my finger in the food an it was cold an the delivery driver was a young man an had a car load of his friends with him so i called an the lady said it was fresh an i disagreed with her an she argued with me saying i was wrong she would not even let me get a word in so i told her i was writing a review saying how disappointed i was an she did not like that at all not even a refund or sorry sir this will be the last time i order food from china wok in nesquehoning pa so the next time you order remember what i had to say an what those kids in the car where doing with the food an if this gets flagged i will write one each time to spead the word

This is the worst chinese restaurant I have been to. And Ive been to a lot! Chinese is my favorite food. The customer service was horrendous! The person answering the phone to take my order was rude. I paid almost $40 for everything with a good tip to the delivery driver. The crab rangoons had practically no filling in them, they were small, and youre only eating mostly breading. I called and I believe I spoke to the owner. I could barely understand the person. They were so rude. They told me their crab rangoons were good. I told them they had barely any filling and asked them to bring me more. He said no. I told him I wouldnt eat there again. He said fine and hung up on me!

Best Chinese near me and only one in miles foods great i always ask for suggestions on what is more better or what is good to choose from as many people hate ordering the same thing i know i do its funny when you call and order boneless spare ribs and french fries and they already know who you are and say let me guess you want that in a combo and they deliver far to from coaldale and other cities not that many places deliver far and thats a plus in my book,

One of the best Chinese food places to which Ive been. The food is delicious. Often times in a Chinese restaurant Im confronted with rubbery meat. Here, they cook the meat well from pork to beef to chicken. Some people have complained about prices in previous reviews, but it is well worth the food. The family is also very nice and helpful. Have recommended and will continue to do so.

Such wonderful customer service! I am thrilled to say they have went above and beyond with my order. Currently I live in Washington state and they delivered! Well not exactly; but they delivered to Tamaqua, on Valentines day, and during some treacherous weather. Thank you! I got a sweet call from my excited girlfriend! She was so happy :)

Worst service ever if I could give zero stars when I tried to call in an order the woman was very blunt she had an attitude and didnt really want to answer any of my questions the best part was when I asked if I could call them back I heard her say oh my god as if it was to much to. I would never recommend them to anyone ...

The best Chinese food up in the mountain! I have tried the others none compare for price and value of food is well worth it. I recommend this to all my friends and family. I moved here and could not believe how much it took me to find a good place. We are glad we found it. I will be ordering from here always.

Really good food, their garlic chicken with vegatables is some of the best. Prices are slightly high not too high though. Delivery is a nice feature. I prefer them over the local people both have great food but delivery makes china wok the winner. Just ordered from today.

They got good food. But hard to get through to them. I was just on hold for over 3 min and then it hung up. They answer in Chinese and I do not understand it. I tried to call back 3 times but without success. Horrible.
