This has to be the worst chick fil a Ive ever been to. The service was slow and seemed like they didnt care. First time Ive never heard a single person at chick fil a say "My pleasure". This was the first time Ive ever had their breakfast and it was so bad. The chicken was cold and the biscuit was basically still dough not to mention they forgot to put egg and cheese on mine which I specifically asked for. When I brought it back to them they were going to just bring the egg and cheese on a plate rather than on my sandwhich. Horrible experience, never going to that location again.

My goto fast food place when rushing the kids to and from school or soccer practice. Food is what youd expect. The staff is friendly. Get ready for a long wait at the drive thru any given weeknight. Update 12/8/2016: drive thru is also awful in the morning. They had me pull up into a parking spot and I waited more than the four minutes they said for chikn minis. They compensated me with extra hash browns and a free lunch item. Thats something I guess.

I have loved this Chic Fila location for years, but my last two experiences were very disappointing. Twice there has been an issue with my order that results in them having to correct it due to concerns with quality control. For example they forgot to remove part of the plastic packaging from the chicken on my sandwich and I did not find out until taking a bite.

Customer service was terrible. Got 4 sandwiches and and it was wrong and cold so I called and they said they wouldnt replace my food. So then I head now there and talk to them and they say we will replace your sandwich. And said to go to downingtown instead. And never said sorry or anything. As a customer. You would think they wouldnt treat you like this

Te customer service at this chick fil a is the best of any fast food restaurant I have ever seen. If you have little kids the will bring your food to your table. They come to your table to take trash away, get you refills, etc. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Only drawback is that the place is packed at lunchtime on weekdays with people.

Awesome. Never met so many nice people who seemed to love their job and were very proficient. I have never been through a drive through and served as fast as today. And the order was correct. Lots of places could take lessons from Chick fil A on how to treat employees who are happy and in turn make the customer experience the best it can be.

Staff was inconsiderate and unhelpful. I came in with a young child by myself and was brought cold fries and no drink. Then told by a staff member just standing around pretending to wipe off tables to go stand in line with my receipt again to get me drink... we love chick fil a but this is by far the worst one I have EVER been to.

It is always "a pleasure" to be served here. Whether or not the employees mean it when they say it, they say it with a smile. When an order comes out incorrectly (which I have only seen once during a huge rush) they make up for it very kindly. Always a clean place and never an unhappy face on either side of the counter.

Ive been avoiding Chick-fil-A for years, but finally thought Id give it a try while traveling. My fears were worse than expected, I tried four different menu items to get a feel for it and it was the worst food. Crummy chicken, I thought no one could beat Popeyes and their excuse for chicken until I tried Chick-fil-A.

They gave out coupons today to the first 100 people I was there at 7 and they told me it was over at 630. When it started at 630, I know I was there before they had 100 people cuz I had friends waiting for me there. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST,I think I will just stick with downingtown..

The staff at this establishment is phenomenal. They are kind and considerate and constantly amaze me; they make my day enjoyable every time I visit. The food is up to par and so is the atmosphere after the recent upgrades. Overall, it is money well spent for quality food and a lovely visit.

Great chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. I would highly recommend Chick-fil-A if you havent tried it, I put off trying it for the longest time because I didnt think it was going to be anything special but I was wrong and now I really wish I tried it sooner.

Consistently a great experience eating here. The staff is extremely polite and accommodating, even going so far as to replace a milkshake my little brother dropped outside free-of-charge. Food is always exceptional as well!

you know exactly what youre getting every time. the lunch drive through line can be insanely long, ive seen it wrap almost twice around the building. consistently courteous service.

Nice burgers but always very slow service. Expect to spend upwards of 90 minutes for a meal. Refills on drinks and "bottomless" sides are offered sporadically. Kids love it, though.
