I placed an order over the phone and the man that took my order was very rude. He bluntly lied about they werent serving any steaks and hung the phone up on me. I called back and young lady answered the phone and I asked her about the steak on the menu, she told me that they still serve steak. As I started placing my order she started rushing me and stated that "she didnt have all day". She told me the price for my order which was extremely higher than I normally pay. I asked her about the price difference and she told me that either I wanted it or I dont because she was to busy. When she told me that I kindly told her to cancel my order. They are working in a restaurant that deals with the public. In order to work with the public you must have good customer service skills. Customers are the ones who bring in profit to the business and deserve to be treated with respect since they are paying for a service. The people who are taking orders over phone most certainly need to go through a customer service program to learn to deal with customers and how to answer the phone!!! I highly recommend to the IHOP franchise to invest into customer service programs for their employees!!!

This place was by far the WORST IHOP IN THE WORLD!!!! Asked to speak to the Manager named Carlos.. I did not want the all you can eat shrimp meal which looked nothing like and taste nothing like the shrimp on the advertisement on the menu. My husband had a piece of chicken that was supposed to be a thigh that was unrecognizable. It was baffling that the Manager did not know the difference between the pieces of chicken, the waitress had to tell him which piece was which. The Manager was not apologetic when receiving a complaint. When it was time to pay the bill, Carlos tried to make us pay for items we told him we didnt want. So, my husband and the waitress talked and the bill was adjusted, but before then the police officer that patrols the parking lot was called in. At this point Im pissed off to the max. So, today Ill be calling the Corporate Office to file a complaint. If you are hungry I urge you to go somewhere else. No one should patronize this establishment. I rate this restaurant a 0....

Me and my son went there yesterday before we went to the movies I came in and no one was at the front to greet or seat so we waited 15 minutes before someone came in pretty sure all the staff saw me. So we finally got seated and we waited ten minutes for our waitress to come serve us so I ordered for me and my son the waitress was nice so my food came first then my sons so we ate once we were finished I asked for some boxes and the check so I paid and gave her a tip I guess she saw the tip was $5 she kinda switched her attitude so when we were leaving I asked for a bag because I had my son holding my hand my purse and two boxes tryna hold them so I stood there and waited another waitress helped me because my waitress acted like she had a attitude my food was ok my omelette was 30% burnt Ive never had that happened before but I probably wont return to this location

If I could give this store (because it is not a restaurant ) zero stars I would. I am leaving there now. Its New Years Day and surprisingly not busy. Our waitress Iman took 10-15mins for our drinks, brought out the adults food and we had to wait for the kids food. Forgot small things here and there (which is all forgivable) We played 5 table games while we waited for our food. We ordered soups (they only had one available despite the 3 listed on the menu) and they came AFTER dinner. Then, to our "surprise" the huge sign that says KIDS EAT FREE 4-9pm was not honored for a 6 year old who had a burger and stale fruit from the kids menu. I waitressed for 3 years and it against my being to refuse to tip. Today was the 1st time. The absolute worst end to a great New Years Day.

it must be a requirement that they only hire stupid, hood rats at this locations. these dumb asses cant even get an order right. I called in an order, and instead of them calling to let me know that the steak was unavailable they wait for me to get to the store to let me know a half hour later. then the dumb hostess that answered the phones said that she tried calling to let me know, yet I didnt receive any missed calls. customer service is awful. staff is rude and ignorant. typical ghetto restaurant with ignorant hood rat staff. save your self the money and frustration and go to Alexandria for I hop, because the staff here is clearly full of dumb ass shanaynays

I loved this IHOP. I originally wanted to go to the one in Alexandria, VA but my BFF mentioned this one. Im going to admit I was highly skeptical...the area is a little bit rough for this southern girl. Well I had zero issues. The hostess was friendly, albeit robotic. The bathrooms were clean... Super plus! Inside the restaurant was also clean as well. Our orders came out in less than 15 minutes; the waitress was also really nice and responsive to our few requests. She definitely deserved her tip. Venues can rarely receive five

The lady that seated us seemed welcoming but the waitress wasnt the worst but she definitely wasnt great. I wanted to tip so much more but being that my bacon was cold and barley cooked and my hash Browns was soggy as well. I dont like sending food back so I kept it. Lastly I told the waitress we were done instead of making demands but she didnt catch the hint so I waited 30 minutes which was long being that I had 3impatient kids until I request my box bag and ticket.

Service was good but considering that it is 2016 and all credit cards and bank cards have chips in them Ihop needs to upgrade. I will not be visiting this location again and its literally a block from my house. And I wasnt informed that they dont take the card until the waitress said my card declined no ms it didnt your establishment is not up to date. Spoke to the manager not professional and brushed me off Ill stick to Ihops in VA.

This Ihop needs to be thoroughly CLEANED!!!! Its dirty! Take the time to clean the seats & top of the seats on boost seating near peoples heads! Clean between the seat cushions on boosts, its NASTY!!! Shampoo the carpet or purchase better vacuum. Just clean the place. Close a section at a time & clean. Its not that difficult.

My only problem is that this location tends to restrict seating to only half of the available seating because they short staffed, which is very inconvenient during days with promotions. The food was delicious, when service was offered they were quite accommodating, and it was a great family-friendly environment.

Only one of two IHOP Im happy to have visited.Ana Maria was our hostess and she was very polite and attentive. Clean establishment, friendly staff, and our food was prompt to the table (thank you to the cooks). Would definitely visit again when Im in the area. Thank you!
